I called James and Demay and was told if I could bring my car to them they would check the diagnostics before closing for the day. I was returning a U-Haul trailer to them after moving across the country -- the trailer caused a few problems -- and the folks at M&K took care of everything. Having this kindness from them at the end of a snow-laden week of driving across the continent really told me a lot about these folks. But that's not all! Moving to PA means inspection, and they made that super-easy. They even made connections to a particular notary service that helped me get my car registered more easily. All this whole being willing to shuttle me from the office to get my car, and charging me hundreds less than I was anticipating. No doubt I will be going back to M&K for service on my car. Thanks Wayne et al!
