Have questions about gluten free baking? You've come to the right place. Need a GF dessert to feed a crowd? Ditto. Just want to treat yourself? Again, the perfect pit stop. Custom cakes are also available to order. It took a while for me to whittle down my choices for purchase. Ultimately, I opted for a fresh GF baguette and a lemon bar. On returning home, I cut off a piece of the baguette and had it with some salted butter. Moist, with just the right amount of chew, it was the first decent GF baguette I've had in almost 15 years. Later, my husband made cheesesteaks and served mine in Gluten Free By The Sea's baguette. Mwah! Chef's kiss! So good! (I usually have my cheesesteaks in a lettuce wrap, so this was a rare treat.) The sides do not include fries (the kitchen doesn't have a fryer) but the available sides are chips and salsa, slaw, applesauce, or a delicious chopped salad featuring corn, beans, and a sweet/savory poppyseed dressing. The wraps are creative and delicious, and it's one of the few places to offer bowls, sushi, wraps, and burgers, all of which are excellent. The specialty drink menu is creative, and offers something for everyone. The waitstaff and bartenders (Tre, Julianna, Kim, Audrey, and Corey) are welcoming and friendly. Very good. There was a line when we arrived but it moved fairly quickly. There was only one person at the register, he was filling orders, answering the phone and taking payments, so not real friendly, but not rude. I noticed while we were walking that they have a good selection of other dishes other than sweet stuff. Tempted to try something different next time. The pizza is available as 7 inch, 10 inch or 14 inch. Besides pizza, you can get salads or pastas. I got the upgrade and got a side salad and drink added to my pizza price. The side salads are already made in the case and the fountain beverages are self serve. There are more options in the cooler and craft beers are available at the bar. The pizza is thin and very good. The wings came out later but unfortunately were not fried as the description stated. They were rather fatty and wiggly. I sent them back and it appears they were placed in the brick oven. After receiving them back and it did not help I had to request a refund. The manager was not willing to refund as she stated she can not refund because I did not like them. I then had to point out the description posted and then she did the refund. If going for pizza only I would recommend. But the manager also would be better with a little customer service and friendly attitude.
