I showed up at my appointment time, they took me exactly on time, and the entire process was quick and efficient. I was finished within minutes. Janette took care of me, and she was really the pillar of the whole experience. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely accommodating. I'm in the process of registering my vehicle in California after moving here from Nevada, and she went above and beyond to help. She even took the time to answer questions that weren't directly related to my smog check, including questions about weight master certification and the registration process. The place was clean, organized, professional, and on point. Good customer service can be surprisingly hard to come by these days, so when someone makes the experience this easy and pleasant, I think it deserves recognition. Super satisfied with my overall experience here. I did a title transfer and renewed registration for a $49 additional fee which isn't too bad. The agent was super friendly and helpful. I was going to pay with my Credit Card which was going to be a 2.9% fee which was going to like 35 or $40 more dollars but the agent helped me save money by telling me I can Venmo him the money to avoid the 2.9% fee! Would definitely recommend taking cash to avoid extra fees. Great experience overall I was in and out within 20mins or less.

That day I had sold a car, needed a new pink slip for it, and needed to update the registration on my work vehicle. Everything was great and worth every penny, which is about $25-50 beyond the DMV fees. Then I had a problem with the car I sold because it was in an accident. I needed to prove to my insurance carrier that I sold the car, but I had misplaced all of the paperwork from my first visit. So I went back hoping to get help. I told the person behind the protective glass what happened, thinking I had gotten a paper from them showing that I did not own the car anymore. I didn't know that they don't even process that part of the sale. Now mind you, I did not demand anything or ask them why they didn't do something. I just said that I was unfamiliar with the terms and what should I do with the form she gave me to fill out. I had never sold a car before. This person said to me, "Ma'am, that's why I asked you if you needed [insert more terms I don't understand]!" And I said, "I was thinking that was the paper I got with the blue stamp." That person says, "We don't issue forms with a blue stamp" all while glaring at me. Oh my. I wanted to cry. I broke up with the DMV just to get into a worse business relationship with this place. I would've happily given them twice their fees because I don't like the clients at the DMV and you have to be around those menaces for hours every time you go there. I would rather deal with the DMV now than go back to this place. I am appalled at how I was treated, especially when the man who I dealt with on the phone was so professional and had answers to everything I asked about what I needed to get done. I even told my friends on social media what a great experience I had the first time. I have definitely retracted that statement. What a shame. I really, really wanted to like this place.
