    Did title transfer and got my license plate. Fast, friendly and affordable. No parking though- only street parking.

    Went to do a registration and got 3 different prices and when I asked about it I was told to go somewhere else smh do no recommend

    None of the employees are wearing masks. When asked where there masks are, the reply was they don't have any.

    Saved my day with a title transfer in just a few mins. Bring cash or debit. Consider getting a cool western shirt while you are there!

DJ is awesome and…read moreas long as you have any prerequisite documents you may need (i.e., smog, etc...) he'll get you in and out in less than ten minutes. Use the Google chat function to let him know what you need (he responds super quick), and he'll let you know if you need anything prior to coming in. I came here twice for both mine and my wife's out of state tags, and it was just too easy. This is a really good business and is worth a small fee as it and adds a wonderful convenience to what is usually a daunting experience.

He responded quickly to my questions on Yelp messaging and answered all my questions, whereas other services either didn't reply for a long time or didn't even answer the question (or maybe didn't understand?). When the car arrived, I called him and he explained exactly what to expect. Pull up in front, or park on 12th and Fruitvale, give him a ring, and he'll come out to inspect the car, then we'd go inside to finish the paperwork. All I had to do was bring the title. He forgot to mention on the phone that he charges a 3% credit/debit card fee if not using cash, but there was a sign in the office stating this so it wasn't a surprise or anything. Within minutes, he gave me 2 plates, stickers, and the registration document, and filled out all the paperwork for me, I just had to sign in two places. I took a photo of all the pages and he said I would receive everything back in the mail from the DMV. There's a $5 off with Yelp check-in and I forgot to mention it until after he already charged me, but he gave me a $5 bill back, which I immediately went and used for tacos at Tacos Sinaloa #4 across the street ($3 per taco if you're wondering). Well worth paying for a service like this rather than try to figure out everything yourself and line up at the DMV. I was probably done with my tacos by the time someone would've finished up at the DMV.

    I was 50/50 on leaving this review until I went back to collect the "fake bill" they claimed I gave…read morethe day prior. I went here for the first time on Friday 5/29. The service was great, the younger man there helped me with multiple questions I had. I paid cash in full because they have a 6% fee for using cards. I paid $554, the bills where checked there and everything was fine, got my registration/sticker/paper work I needed and the receipt of what was done and paid for. NEXT day I woke up to missed calls/voicemail from the older man(owner) saying 1 of the $100 bills I gave was fake, and i needed to take a real bill so that he could return me the fake one and he wouldn't make a police report. When I heard that all I could think was "I literally just got paid at work, came straight here with that money.Did my boss just play me?" So I called him back and he told me he took the money to a ATM outside a bank and it returned the bill. And that no bank was open to take the bill inside and have it checked. It was almost 10am. When I said ok I can pass right now since im heading to work so the owner can check the bill (banks can trace all money businesses take out to know exactly what bills where handed to them). He let me know the bill wasnt with him anymore, gave it to his WIFE that does NOT work there, so she can check it. He said pass later after 3pm, thats when the bill would be in his hand again. Prior to going on Saturday, I stopped by the SP police department to let them know everything and if I had to make a police report. I played the video of what the man told me over the phone. This is what the police officer told me: When they checked the bills infront of you and gave a receipt they are responsible for that. Me going to the station first was the best thing I could've done, and to NOT give any more money. If they want to make a report let them. The cop even stated that it just sounded like they were trying to get a extra $100. He gave me the incident report # I made for my safety if they do file a police report against me. The main thing "the bill was handled by "many hands" after I paid them, how do I know it's the same bill I gave". I work where I have to check bills and money every day, if we receive any money, it passes the pen mark but not the machine or we do not feel comfortable taking we will ask for a different bill. If it marks dark brown/black we are required to keep the bill and destroy it if we are not filing a police report. Owner said they have video where you see him pen check the bills 2x/light check them and that im still parked outside while they did all of this. So why not come and ask me for a different bill? Or say anything? Or call the police right away? When I told him over the phone Saturday morning that I would be making a police report either way because if the bill is fake like he states then my job owes me, no surprise he completely changed his tone. He started saying it is only $100 that he wont go hungry over it and to just leave it as is.(recorder all this) That all he was doing is letting me know that someone gave me a fake bill and I paid them. I told him No, we need to figure out what happened because at the end of the day that means I was shorted $100 at my job. I told the owner of ES&M I would be back following week after my boss checks with the bank for the serial numbers of the bill I received. But I will take the police advice instead and let it be. I will not be going back because I believe the bill I was handed back on Saturday is not the same one. Now I could be wrong. Which is why they should've made their report. And me checking with the bank would've been the easiest for both of us. The bill the owner returned to me Saturday afternoon is washed, no texture and has 2 pen markings that are the size of a grain of rice(can't even see the marks), nowhere near where it was marked on Friday. Mind you when I got there Saturday afternoon he handed me the fake bill, didn't ask for a real one like stated in his voicemail. All he said is sucks that it happened, we dont want to loose you as a customer and told me not to worry about bringing him $100. Customer service wise was 5/5 on Friday and even when I went on Saturday. But I would not pay Cash here at all!!
