Helen is extremely knowledgeable about the Apostille process and takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer your questions, and guide you through each step to make sure you have everything you need to obtain your certificate and stamp. She offers a variety of services, is thorough and patient, and never makes you feel rushed. Most importantly, she makes sure the process is done correctly the first time. I personally opted for her courier service, where she handles the trip to the California Secretary of State's office in Sacramento for an additional fee. I found her pricing to be very fair and reasonable, especially considering the convenience and peace of mind it provides. Her office is conveniently located on Main Street with plenty of parking, making the whole experience even easier. Let's support our local small businesses! This one is truly a gem, and I'm happy to recommend Helen to anyone who needs Apostille or Notary services.

They have taken care of all of my family's vehicles and all of the nuances in between. Not only did they help me accomplish all of my goals but they answered all of my questions and I am confident in their expertise. They have helped me sort out my vehicle registration when the DMV couldn't/refused and have since become an asset which I will continue using for all of my vehicles. They understand that I have multiple vehicles registered at different residences and my mailing address is different then the vehicle's registered address. I feel 100% confident that they will guide me and help me accomplish whatever goals I have related to vehicle title/registration issues. They also issue new vehicle license plates along with tags for new vehicles which is something the dealership I purchased my truck from did not do. I will recommend them to clients for my personal business for Notary services and for family/friends with vehicle questions/concerns.
