Ask the Community - EZ Pay Registration Services

Can I get my off-road atv registered if it has a late fee attached to it?

Depends on how late it is. If it’s a year behind we can typically do it. I’d say come by or visit our website and message me the information on the chat box there and I’ll try to look it up for you.

If you're going to the DMV to deal with tag and title then you're doing it wrong! DJ is awesome and…read moreas long as you have any prerequisite documents you may need (i.e., smog, etc...) he'll get you in and out in less than ten minutes. Use the Google chat function to let him know what you need (he responds super quick), and he'll let you know if you need anything prior to coming in. I came here twice for both mine and my wife's out of state tags, and it was just too easy. This is a really good business and is worth a small fee as it and adds a wonderful convenience to what is usually a daunting experience.

Deejay is super nice. I messaged a few weeks ago in preparation for my car to be shipped (family…read moregift transfer) from the East Coast. He responded quickly to my questions on Yelp messaging and answered all my questions, whereas other services either didn't reply for a long time or didn't even answer the question (or maybe didn't understand?). When the car arrived, I called him and he explained exactly what to expect. Pull up in front, or park on 12th and Fruitvale, give him a ring, and he'll come out to inspect the car, then we'd go inside to finish the paperwork. All I had to do was bring the title. He forgot to mention on the phone that he charges a 3% credit/debit card fee if not using cash, but there was a sign in the office stating this so it wasn't a surprise or anything. Within minutes, he gave me 2 plates, stickers, and the registration document, and filled out all the paperwork for me, I just had to sign in two places. I took a photo of all the pages and he said I would receive everything back in the mail from the DMV. There's a $5 off with Yelp check-in and I forgot to mention it until after he already charged me, but he gave me a $5 bill back, which I immediately went and used for tacos at Tacos Sinaloa #4 across the street ($3 per taco if you're wondering). Well worth paying for a service like this rather than try to figure out everything yourself and line up at the DMV. I was probably done with my tacos by the time someone would've finished up at the DMV.

Once again I have had a stellar experience at this AAA location. Our Mazda had a recall earlier…read morethis year for a fuel pump defect and I had the work done. When it came time to renew the license I copied the receipt from Marin Mazda, which detailed the work that had been done and sent it, along w/ a check, a few weeks ago. Yesterday I received a notice from DMV that I needed to provide proof that the recall work had been done. Puzzled, since I couldn't imagine what further proof they would need, I went to AAA, where a very nice man at the door looked through my paperwork and said I needed a certificate from the dealer. I went home and called Marin Mazda, where I spoke w/ Mike, who said I should have been given a certificate, but I'm pretty sure I wasn't. I wondered whether it would be sufficient for them to email me the certificate so I called AAA, where I spoke w/ (I think) the same helpful man, who told me DMV wouldn't accept that, so I drove over to Marin and got a certificate. Not a state issued one, but a slip of paper they filled out w/ the car's VIN, etc. I went back to AAA from Marin and was greeted again by the same nice man. He logged me in and invited me to sit in their waiting area until I was called to the window by Ginger, who was careful, thorough and wonderful. She processed the transaction, cautioned me to save the certificate in case there's a problem and gave me the new registration and tag. It was, again, an excellent experience. I'm so glad to have AAA as an alternative to spending time at the DMV.

Slow slow slow you will be waiting you might as well go to the pinole location it would be faster.read more
