The repair was done at Penske Collision. 2 weeks ago, he noticed some rust around the wheel well where the repair was done. I took the truck in to Penske last Friday 4/3/26, along with all of the paperwork from the repair, to ask about what can be done to fix the rust. The asked if they could keep the truck and made the repairs in less than a week! No charge! We are very happy they stood by original work and repaired the rust. Shout out to Taz who was awesome!

One thing that I was not pleased with was that my car was parked out in the parking lot for most of the day and was not locked. I only happen to notice it through the app on my phone. I hate to think what might have happened if it had been left unlocked all night. Another thing that I feel should have been done better was putting the items in my trunk back to the way they were. As it was, my trunk looked like it had been ransacked to get to the spare tire tools to get my tire off. Not huge deal but when it comes to overall customer satisfaction and positive lasting impressions, details matter. Although I hope I never have to, I would bring my car back here over any local collision companies near where I live.

Fast forward so Hector came out & said he believed that was not the case charged me over 200.00 & he was incorrect its now the motor.....Smdh. yes I paid the fee which ik that he should not have been paid. So me being me still utilized the service, I had him look at my daughter Dodge Challenger which was over heating, him & his daughter came up with a price of 891.00 this was for a radiator/labor....crazy price. I shopped around & found a radiator from Advance Auto for $268.00 & Hector charged me $300.00 for labor in which I paid. Now this is the most disturbing business practice that is unacceptable, how you charge a diagnostic fee, but tells me that fee will not come off of the LABOR! I've dealt with mechanics before Galvin & long as they did the work than that fee is subtracted from the labor fee. I had thought new rotors and pads all around would make it right again. Just got home and the brakes are like new. I am convinced these folks are the best most honest folks in the business. That being said they can usually give you an estimate of how long your wait might be. Don't expect a luxurious waiting room. The waiting room is BASIC. It was probably last remodeled in 1985. There is a single bathroom, a few chairs and a vending machine. If you are lucky the tv will be on and tuned to a local station. There is no coffee machine, free waters or any other deluxe accommodations. However, your car will be fixed in a professional, timely and reasonably priced manner. Bring a book and a little bit of patience if you have a couple customers in front of you. I had three people in front of me today and was out the door in a little over an hour. My husband's car a couple weeks ago was a similar wait that day.
