Scheduling the appointment by phone was seamless. Sean, who took my appointment was kind and helpful. He made it so easy and even offered to shuttle me back to work, if needed. I arrived at Right Way when they opened at 8:00 AM, along with a few other customers. Everyone was processed efficiently and there was no wait time. Nick, the gentleman who checked me in was engaging and kind. I received a phone call at 10:30 that my vehicle was ready. I arrived around noon and was happy to get to interact with Nick again. He is an asset in the way of front-facing customer service. The price was very reasonable, maybe even less than if I had gone to my usual spot. I was in and out in a few minutes. One thing I noticed about Right Way was that they treated me (a female) like a human, not just some chick that doesn't know anything. Nearly every other dealership or auto repair facility I've patronized has not been able to fully accomplish this. My daughter's Hyundai has lasted 14 years and survived almost 200,000 miles thanks to the great service at Westfield Automotive. One time, while repairing my Alfa Romeo, they noticed an oil leak in the front of the engine. This issue was not discovered by the Alfa Romeo dealership technicians during my last warranty visit with them. The technician at the Alfa Romeo dealership was amazed by how Westfield Automotive was able to find the defect. The dealership fixed it free of charge since they missed it. All I can say is the technicians at the Westfield Automotive are the best. I'm glad I found them and I want to spread the word so you too can get great service at a great price.

But, I received honest answers and was even shown pictures of the Freon on everything under the hood. They fixed it in two days and were good at communicating. I still thought it sounded off so I took it back two weeks later and they were able to determine that the blower is slowly going, but they said they would just wait until it stopped working since it's still doing it's job, just makes a little noise. I appreciated the explanation they gave me and they made sure I understood. I felt like they really didn't want me to put more money into my jeep than necessary and you don't find that kind of service very much. I will definitely go back!

Asked to check another item and they went ahead and simply did it, without checking with me first whether I actually wanted it done or not, which of course, more than TRIPLED the original quoted price. So, a little angry that what I thought was going to be a minimal price to have a plastic piece replaced, got more inflated due to including the labor charge and then to top it off, they went ahead and completed work, which I DID ask about, but had they notified me first of the charge for that work, I would have said NO.....
