Took deposit by phone so I didn't have to go anywhere. Very simple. Josh (the Owner) came out to do measurements to make sure I selected correct size then they order the door. He is very courteous and respectful. Spoke so that I could understand everything that was going to happen and what came with the door and install. Josh and his Assistant, Seth, arrived on time on install day. Finished sooner than they had quoted. The quality of their work was impeccable. Beautiful new door! I checked around and their price was comparable to the prices of other companies. In this day and age, I'll pay top price for Honesty and Integrity all day long. Thank you, Jacob and your entire staff, for the service you all provided from beginning to end. No doubt I'll be back for windows or doors the next time we need something.

I am pretty particular about my experiences with contractors and I will state unequivocally that if…read moreI could give 6 stars if I would! First off, the service was excellent! Kase and his crew are polite, professional, timely and very customer-oriented. Kase initially helped us design the fence and then we thoroughly enjoyed having his crew at our house for the installation. Family affair with great people and easy to have around. Ashleigh in the office kept us appraised of progress and was very accomodating when we had delays on our end due to other contractors. They just rolled with it. Secondly, the finished product is absolutely stunning, with obvious pride of workmanship! It's kind of hard to get excited about a pool fence, but let me say that rather than an "industrial" looking standard type of black and straight fence, they custom made a rusted, architecturally sensitive fence that blends in with the elements of the yard beautifully. It looks like art in my backyard! Lastly, pricing was very reasonable, and more than competetive with other bids I received. Retrospectively, I think this was money very well spent and was so much more than even anticipated. I highly recommend this fabricator and would consider using them again. Can't go wrong with this company!

The quality of the work was excellent, and the pricing was a great value for the level of craftsmanship and service he provided. He was very agreeable and said that he would come and do the repair. He did not - no text, no call, no-show. I called him the following week and he said he could get to it on Thursday between 10 am and 12 PM. Once again, no text, no call, no-show. He wasted two weeks of my time. Now I'm starting over looking for someone to repair the door. I honestly don't know how these people stay in business. Don't waste your time.

After years of doing business with this company and up until this point only being a paying client…read more We needed after the sale customer service from them for the first time and that's where service went out the window (pun intended). I have never felt that I needed to write a negative review for a company before although this time I feel its in our communities best interest to do so. We needed a slider that we purchased from them serviced so I called the office main line. The lady that answered the phone was immediately unwilling to help us any further after the first service address I gave her was not one where she believed we bought a slider from them at. She was also unwilling to help me to figure this out. After a week of looking ourselves for our invoice/ receipts/ payment sources on this property I the customer had to determine that they put our information in incorrectly. We do have several addresses in this complex. So it is understandably why they would have used one of the other addresses in their system although she was unwilling to look up our info any other way. Once I brought this to their attention this is where we became the target of her rage honestly we couldn't even get to the part of discussing that the service address was just put in wrong by them because well she was adamant it could absolutely not be their fault it had to be the clients fault. So telling us that there is no way that's their screen and saying that they will not service a screen that's not theirs although understandable up front I wouldn't do those things either, it isn't and wasn't the case in our situation. Having to fight with them should never be what a customer / client needs to go through to be provided kind customer service by a company you do business with. With out going into the mudslinging If you value your time and the money you make and believe that after the sale customer service is just as important if not more as purchasing a quality product from the company your working with than I urge you to work with another company. These folks do not care about retaining your business only getting it! So sad we are made to do this as a response to the companies inappropriate response which just goes to show their ethics. To all of you who will read the companies reply our invoice number with them is 2372-2 in regards to this issue. It clearly states the full name just last name address email address and location. Without showing our personal information know that if what they are saying was true then she would of been able to pull up the information as she says based on that. In addition she contradicts herself by stating the two times we talks totaling 11 minutes and then goes on to extend the time frame. Do what's in you and your families best interest and do not trust these people in your home. I might remind them and add we are your customer and that's what we are saying about you. I again just like over email with you ( where the email you sent my invoice to would have clearly pulled us up although you said you did that right )remind you I Thank you for showing us who you really are and how you lack basic decency and your unwillingness to serve your customer after the sale. I hope guys do better with the people you have left to serve
