He replied on 3 Nov stating he hadn't yet received estimates for the excavation for the egress window and would get back to me. I emailed him again on 19 Nov asking again for the estimate and he replied that he couldn't come up with a contractor for excavation and could not do the work. This information would have been helpful several weeks earlier, but now a lot of time has been wasted and any chance of getting it done before winter is gone. I would not use this company for any work going forward, and I will not recommend them to anyone for any purpose.

One of the windows came cracked and wasn't noticed until it was installed. 4-6 weeks wait time for replacement to come from the factory . The picture with duct tape is the window with the crack . I can accept a cracked window , accidents happen . But forgetting to wrap a window and the caulking and wrap looks like a 5 th graders art project that went wrong . Gaps , open seems , bottom seal wrap not secured , dents , dirty hand prints and very poor caulking on and around the wrap . Not to forget the caulking on my house that was painted less than a year ago . No I didn't sign the job completion form and spoke with the owner , now have take another day off work a week from today , so they can. Remove the wrap and caulking and redo the wrap and caulking . For the 700 per window your not getting the quality of work . They say pictures speak a 1000 words , I will let the pictures talk . Word of advice to anyone who reads this review , keep a close eye on their work , shouldn't have to for 700 a window , but that's a world we have now .
