They need to be slathered in a classic Frank's Red Hot based sauce with real butter held in a stable emulsion. And served with chunky blue cheese dressing with crisp celery and carrots. What I appreciate about Hurricane is that they can take a small order of 10 wings and apply two different sauces to the order. The medium sauce was more classic than the hot. While the wings were large, they really could have been fried harder. Next time I'll try ordering the medium extra crispy or well done and perhaps that will improve the results. Celery was nice and crips. No carrots. But... there was a surprise pinball machine in the back! Deadpool. Fun game, and I was delighted I got to play. On the downside, my draft pour of pilsner tasted like dirty tap lines. I know it's just a neighborhood bar in a strip mall, but still. You may want to consider ordering beer in bottles.
