This restaurant has a slightly different name and is focusing more on Chinese food. I didn't actually look at any menu pages past the lunch specials, but they were all under $10 and all Chinese cuisine options. The dine-in lunch was not only inexpensive, but very good. We both really liked the soup that came with our meals. He said the hot n sour had all the right stuff. My wonton had a tasty broth -- not salty -- with three wontons. The pasta was perfectly cooked -- neither mushy nor hard. And both soups were served piping hot. The fat crispy noodles were addictive. My husband ordered the shrimp in garlic sauce. It was only slightly spicy; it had good sized shrimp. My roast pork with mixed vegetables was in a tasty brown sauce. The pieces of pork were huge. The entrees came with fried rice which was fresh not greasy. It was okay, but I usually get white rice so that isn't my focus. We both brought leftovers home. There are a lot of lunch choices -- all priced the same. I'd definitely return for another lunch special to try more of their menu. Placed an online order. Said it would arrive in 55 minutes. An hour & 10 minutes later, I called the restaurant. They said the person pulling orders didn't submit it and didn't indicate it was delivery! Said they'd get it out a quick as possible. The driver must have piggy-backed a resident because I didn't get notification they arrived. Then after he got to my door, the total was more than I submitted online. He fumbled for an answer and said it was the delivery fee WHICH WAS NOT INDICATED DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS!!!! This place used to be my go to because their food was so fresh and the owners are great ppl but recently their food has really gone down hill. I used to love to order steamed dumpling from here but every time I order it now I always find bone fragments in my dumpling and I'm afraid to hurt my teeth. I also keep finding plastic fragments in my food, like their beef and broccoli and their food has become super oily. She yelled at me at the top of her lungs for reasons I can't even understand. She was accusatory stating that I should not make fun of Chinese people. Why I do not know. The food was better than we expected. (Probably because we didn't have very high expectations.) The food was flavorful and fresh. And they have good portions for the price. The chow fun (flat rice noodles) was my favorite. They actually use the really really wide noodles and cook them just right so they don't all crumble apart when you try to pick them up. The general tso chicken and shrimp was good too. I was expecting the shrimp to be battered and fried like the chicken, but it wasn't. Threw me off a little, but I still ate it and was happy with it. Ordered a Togo order for over 50 dollars online that processed with one total and became a different total when it was delivered because of an additional delivery charge. We are within 4 miles away which the website states free delivery within 7 miles. When the food was eaten almost all the sushi rolls fell apart and were bland in taste along with the Edamame. The only saving graze on this order was the dumplings that were actually delicious. I am a displaced Washingtonian and I have been searching for my new "favorites" now that I am a Floridian. Last night I devoured the Two Flavor Eggplant with beef, chicken and eggplant with leeks. From the first fork full i could not stop eating it. The varying textures and flavors quickly made this a new favorite of mine. When this quarantine is over I am going to roll out of my house. Thankfully they are still delivering unlike some others. I have also had their sushi in the past and it is quite good.
