Can you believe this is my first time visiting a pei Wei? We were up here visiting looking for some cheap Chinese. And I guess they have this instead of Panda Express. So we decided why no give it a try finally It was pleasantly clean inside, workers were very nice. I had the chicken and rice. It was good. But I don't know why they add all that sauce in. It made the dish very heavy, sweet and wet. Not very appetizing. It would have been perfect without it Bf had the noodles and shrimp. It was good but again, all that unnecessary sauce. Yay for Pei Wei! I have pronounced Pei Wei a bunch of different ways but one word I don't need to figure out is GREAT - great food, great atmosphere, great prices and great service. We have eaten takeaway many times at Pei Wei's previously but this is our first time dining in; it is an order at the counter restaurant that's upscale, and offers table service delivering your food. There are nice touches like real silverware, condiments in glass containers, and unlimited fortune cookies. Okay, I took four, shoot me! We have kung pao shrimp, orange chicken and chicken fried rice. All so delicious! Sherry had the orange chicken and it seriously was some of the best we ever had. - crispy with a wonderful spicy orange sauce. My kung pao shrimp was spot on. The flavor was wonderful and the dish had plenty of ingredients. We met Eduardo at the counter and he couldn't have been nicer. Very helpful and equally friendly. He delivered our meals and stopped by to check in. Also met Danielle, who I think is the manager. There was enough left to have a little snack later tonight! When we are in the area, we will be back! Incredible experience. The store manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone really enjoyed their food. They have family meals available where you can pick a few dishes to share and it comes with an appetizer and dessert. We ate at the restaurant, everything was very clean and comfortable. I placed a delivery order from this place not knowing they use a third party delivery service. When I received the notification that my food was picked up the delivery time was over an hour because the driver was making other stops on the way. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with James who was the manager asking that my order be cancelled. Holding onto someone's order for over an hour is ludicrous! I was told it would be cancelled and I would be refunded. While I was out picking up my dinner from another restaurant I got a notification that the food had been delivered. I called the restaurant back and the manager told me he had been too busy to cancel it. The food was ice cold and the flimsy seal they used to close the bag had been broken. Who knows what the driver did with it before delivering it after driving around with it for an hour. I threw everything away immediately. They clearly don't care about their customers. I would think twice before ordering from this place. Now I likely have to file a chargeback with my bank. This is the first and last time I'll order from this place. What a waste! read more

I used to frequent this restaurant when they first open in Stuart. They were always packed with a line of people waiting to get in. The food was fantastic. I most recently went to this restaurant after the Stuart airshow with my daughter last weekend. There was only one other couple in the restaurant which surprised me. I ordered the bourbon chicken. It came very quickly. My daughter ordered something else. First thing I noticed is that the vegetables were undercooked. The pea pods were stringy and inedible. The bourbon chicken chunks were significantly smaller than what was pictured on the menu kiosk. They reminded me of cubed carrots. They had a slightly fishy taste to them. That concerned me a bit but I figured the cook probably stir fried the chicken in a wok that they just stir fried shrimp in. I was hungry, so I just ate it. There was a disproportionate amount of rice versus other ingredients. My daughters meal was fine. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. We went to a local store and then I returned home about an hour and a half after eating. I was feeling queasy on the way home in the car. When I got home, I became sick to my stomach. I vomited for the better part of three hours on Saturday night. All of Sunday I felt out of sorts and had the chills. I suspect some kind of food poisoning. I should've followed my instincts. I will never eat there again. read more

We used to love ordering here but lately it seems like they rush through every order even when they're not busy. It's truly been a hit or miss with every order, sometimes the chicken is soggy or if the chicken is fine there's not enough sauce. Sometimes I order extra sauce and they forget to include it in our pickup order so unless we check we basically don't get it and still pay for it. Always a favorite. Honestly, this location went through a rough patch there for awhile but they've worked things out and getting better. The service was timely, the dining room has been refreshed and best of all, the food was delicious. There are a couple new items on the menu such as a Thai basil chicken which is amazing. The cauliflower rice is the best of any fast food restaurant. I signed up for their rewards program so all of my meals earn points and it is one of the better programs out there. It seems that every other visit includes a free entrée or some other substantial discount. COVID stripped the actual dining room experience of many of the things that made eating there fun. Gone are the array of sauces, napkins, straws, chopsticks, utensils, fortune cookies and having your order brought to your table and dishes. It's just not the same when the cashier plops your food down in front of you on to go plates and invariably forgets a sauces or chopsticks and is too busy to get them back to you in a timely manner.
