First time trying a few dishes here. I sampled the broccoli/carrots/shrimp my sister had and it was tasty. The veggies were cooked al dente and they had a light brown sauce mixed in. I also had the shrimp egg foo young. For me, it's all about the gravy and this one was thick, creamy and flavorful. The dish was full of plump, fresh shrimp and the egg foo young was cooked nicely. I would have liked a few more veggies but it was good. Ordered over the phone and the order was ready in 20 minutes. The portion is more than enough for two meals. I enjoyed my meal here. read more

They need to get it more together! I ordered a take out, some soup, lo mein, and pork egg foo young. We came home, opened the bag to our surprise there was no soup and no egg roll. My husband had a drive back and tell the people that we were missing these items they of course they charged him for the egg roll and soup which they should've given them to him for free because of the inconvenience. He got home, opened the and the egg container of what we thought would be pork, egg, foo, young only to be shrimp, egg, foo, young, which by the way, he is allergic to shrimp! The soup was cold it was a combo of egg drop in wonton and it was just thick and gel like. I picked out the shrimp from the shrimp egg foo young but didn't eat the rest because it was just too mushy, under cooked plus did not taste right. Thank goodness the lo mein was good because we ate that plus the pain white rice and egg-roll, which was just OK. Bottom line we're looking for a new Chinese restaurant. This is too much hit or miss and lately i'm giving our order screwed up so badly. That was the last straw so I do not recommend this at all and I hope they get their act together. Florida has a very poor representation for chinese food, in general, however Wok N' Roll was especially bad. My Sichuan chicken dish which was asked for to be especially spicy ("as hot as you can make it") was very bland and the sauce tasted like it was made of watered down ketchup. The "shredded green pepper" in the description was just chunks of bell pepper. The chicken was slimy and so bad that it was inedible. The dish wasn't spicy at all and the pork fried rice looked like bright yellow mexican rice. The egg roll was small and seemed to have nothing much in it. Unbelievably, this was also fairly expensive for the sort low rent establishment it was, but even at half the cost, it still would have been a giant rip off... Worst Chinese food ever! read more

I've never had fried rice that was yellow, but I tried to remain optimistic. No bean sprouts no fried egg no onion, just bland yellow rice with soggy chicken. Spring rolls had a mysterious mush inside and were also gross. Crab Rangoon had a tapioca like substance inside and was highlighter yellow. And yes, hard to find a good Chinese place in Stuart area (not sure anything will ever compare) but this place is BY FAR the best we have had since moving here (over 3 years ago). Very rude staff. The lady was not very nice on the phone and seemed irritated that we even called. We ordered two combination meals and asked for one to have lo mien which is a $3 up charge. Upon picking up my boyfriend saw that both meals had lo mien. He said that the other order should have had the rice not the noodles. This is without a doubt the worst "Chinese" food in Stuart. Mongolian Beef, it was covered in black pepper to the point you could not eat it and when I scraped it off the plate it left a good teaspoon of pepper on the plate. I was concerned it was going to be bad when I watched them make the house fried rice. They cooked the meats up on the wok, then throw in some veggies, then some shaker (which I guess was the pepper), no sauce of any kind was used and then they pulled it off the flame, tossed in some yellow rice, mixed it up and put it in the box. Hard working family room n quick service restaurant.. they cook everything to order. When the fam is feeling puny and under the weather this is my go to place for hot and sour and/or egg drop soup. Crab Rangoon is very good. The moo shoo (?) is very good. I've been going here for 6 years now and it's been on a slow decline. Tonight one of my suspicions was confirmed. I love dumplings and up until about two years ago theirs were top notch. Nice thick dough with a meaty center. Then one day they became a generic thin small dumpling. Well tonight while picking up an order I realized why, right on top of the trash behind the counter was the empty bag for the premade frozen dumplings they now use right in plain sight! Been here on and off over ten years. In the past it had been so-so, or actually disappointing, almost every time, so therefore they were one of my last choices for takeout. I had to be talked into eating a meal from here. It's amazing what you'll eat when you are tired. Recently, however, they have really stepped up their game. The food was delicious! I was confused where it had come from, because no way in my past experience did anything that came out of that kitchen taste like something you'd want to eat an entire container of. Well, yes! Now I'll eat an entire container of their tender and tasty Pork Egg Foo Young with a nicely made brown sauce. I will open that container of cooked-just-right white rice. I'll risk the calories in the just-sweet-enough Honey Chicken. Chicken Satay, yes please! Who doesn't love a generous portion of teriyaki marinated goodness on a stick? Spring rolls that are light and flaky, not tough and greasy? Yep! They must have a new chef that knows how to cook because this is definitely a different and much improved kitchen in the same restaurant. The young gentleman at the counter is also very polite and sweet. If you've not tried them in a while, do consider another visit.
