This is a Chinese restaurant with very delicious food, and their sweet and sour chicken is my favorite.

Food might be good but I wouldn't know. Roaches were running on the floor so I just left.

Wok N' Roll - Shrimp egg foo young

Wok N' Roll

First time trying a few dishes here. I sampled the broccoli/carrots/shrimp my sister had and it was…read moretasty. The veggies were cooked al dente and they had a light brown sauce mixed in. I also had the shrimp egg foo young. For me, it's all about the gravy and this one was thick, creamy and flavorful. The dish was full of plump, fresh shrimp and the egg foo young was cooked nicely. I would have liked a few more veggies but it was good. Ordered over the phone and the order was ready in 20 minutes. The portion is more than enough for two meals. I enjoyed my meal here.

They need to get it more together! I ordered a take out, some soup, lo mein, and pork egg foo…read moreyoung. We came home, opened the bag to our surprise there was no soup and no egg roll. My husband had a drive back and tell the people that we were missing these items they of course they charged him for the egg roll and soup which they should've given them to him for free because of the inconvenience. He got home, opened the and the egg container of what we thought would be pork, egg, foo, young only to be shrimp, egg, foo, young, which by the way, he is allergic to shrimp! The soup was cold it was a combo of egg drop in wonton and it was just thick and gel like. I picked out the shrimp from the shrimp egg foo young but didn't eat the rest because it was just too mushy, under cooked plus did not taste right. Thank goodness the lo mein was good because we ate that plus the pain white rice and egg-roll, which was just OK. Bottom line we're looking for a new Chinese restaurant. This is too much hit or miss and lately i'm giving our order screwed up so badly. That was the last straw so I do not recommend this at all and I hope they get their act together. I'm sure whoever got my order was just as annoyed!

Living in Florida often means adjusting expectations--until you discover Hot Wok. Hot Wok is the rare exception. From the moment you walk in, the food tastes, smells, and feels like Mott Street in Manhattan. The vegetables are fresh, crisp, and bursting with flavor. The seasoning is unmistakably New York-style: bold, perfectly balanced, never overpowering, and never overly salty--just right. The hot and sour soup is outstanding, rich and comforting, and the Singapore Mei Fun rivals the quality you'd expect from legendary spots like Woo Hop. Every dish shows care, skill, and authenticity. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, and the owners are warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They're from NYC--and it shows. They know exactly what they're doing. Prices are excellent, portions are generous, and the value is unbeatable. While the location isn't right on a main road, it's absolutely worth using GPS--two minutes later, you're stepping into New York City-level Chinese food heaven If you appreciate great food, expert preparation, and incredible value, Hot Wok isn't just recommended--it's necessary.
