Loved the variety of extensive veggies, sauces, and topping sections. Most are free unlimited too, except for avocado and cream cheese, a small extra charge. I think I pretty much had most of the ingredients in my bowl lol. As far as sauces, you can mix if you like and I was able to sample as well. I'm a spicy chick, so he mixed up a concoction of sriracha aioli and spicy ginger. My bowl was packed with yumminess. I could have used a plate to mix up all the goodies. The eel had a slight sweetness to it and the dressings/sauce was actually not that hat spicy. My bowl was topped with wonton chips for a crispy texture.
