The lady at the counter was so helpful and really sweet. I tried the Salmon Poke Bowl. It was good but I cant wait to try the drunken noodles. The staff was lovely and the restaurant was clean. Its a great place to enjoy Asian food with friends because it has lots of seating and not very loud. read more

Been to Pei Wei several times and it was always great. Today was terrible! I should have had a clue when walking in at lunch time and the place was Empty!! Only 1 other table had 2 people. Coke in the machine came out clear like water. Dumped it out and made another choice. Ordered the salmon poke bowl. It was awful! Salmon was a weird color seemed raw. In a sauce so was hard to tell. Lettuce in the bottom of the bowl was black slimy gross. Obviously old outdated and going bad. Only thing edible was the rice. Won't ever go back! Cook on duty today didn't care if his food was edible. read more

Perfect lunch. Manager Joshua is very welcoming and offered us great service. We asked for a couple of dishes to be slightly modified for our diet and he didn't flinch. He said yes right away and the food came quickly and was hot and super tasty. The cooks make the best tofu I've ever had. Whenever I'm in El Paso for medical treatment I'll be stopping here for lunch. Fair prices plenty of parking. I'd give it six stars if I could. Try the Mongolian green beans. read more

Visted this store and walked to the counter there was no one there.... no cook staff at the grill area. Stoos there looking around finally a short girl with glasses comes out from the back... doesnt smile no hello nothing. Takes my order what a poor person to have greeting your customers.. I wont be backhh read more

I tried this place and was extremely Insulted by the portion size. I received nothing but vegetables and rice. I payed extra to upgrade to fried rice and noodles.... The "fried rice " wasn't even fried just dozed in sauce. I should have been payed to take the food in all honesty. I don't recommend this place. read more

Affordable Pf Changs. The menus is almost identical but it's more affordable and a bit quicker. The food is tasty and they have a good variety of options. Always enjoyed having dinner at this place, however this past Wednesday we decided to pickup a family dinner and ordered our entree's via their app -in the app you're able to add notes and customize your order -well I did and being a Vegan specifically asked for NO EGG with my Spicy Tofu Fried Rice -well should I say more? I couldn't eat my dinner cuz the EGG was all mixed in and we had ordered 2 honey seared chicken entree's and the gave us Spicy General Tsao Chicken -so Don't Order past 7 pm cuz all they want to do is leave since they close at 8pm Update! I completed the Pei Wei Form let's see where it goes!!!! read more

Sooo good, food came out fast! Service was great! I love the firecracker chicken with white rice!

Food taste and quality was excellent. It was good, my wife didn't speak the entire time.

We ordered delivery because I had an uber eats coupon. We had the chicken dumplings, lettuce wraps and classic shrimp. Honestly, it was just ok, and definitely wouldn't have been worthwhile if I hadn't had the coupon. The dumplings were cold, the shrimp was extraordinarily unexciting. Most of its sauce was on the rice on the bottom and the veggies had very little flavor. The lettuce wraps, as always, tasted good, but it seems like the portion sizes have diminished. read more

This is not my first time here but it is the first review. I'm going to state what I have had before and then get to the most current. Past: orange chicken- OMG so good. Lightly breaded and good tasting sauce. I've tried their white rice and I like it. Present: I ordered Mongolian beef bowl with cauliflower fried rice. I was not a fan of this dish. I've had the Mongolian beef and I love PF Chang's! Every. Time. I even ask for extra sauce for my rice. THIS one, the sauce was thick and too much. The beef had some fatty on it and I am not a fan of that. The cauliflower fried rice ended up being super watery and mushy for me. Did not like it. I ate the beef and left all the rice. So I was still hungry and decided to order some lettuce wraps. Ugh more fatty! This one was worse than the beef! Grossed me out. I love the spicy plum sauce that they have at PF Chang's and they don't carry it here. My wife had a bento box. She liked it but not enough to come back and try it again. She has a favorite and a 2nd...this one is neither. Our co-worker joined us later on and she had the general Tao's chicken and she loved it. Her words "it's bomb." Things I would change: quality of meat and a little less sauce read more

Food is typically ok but is declining with each visit. My last 3 orders were beyond difficult. The recent payment section of the app (PayPal) requires that you scan your credit card but the feature does not work. You are not permitted to enter your info manually as a result you cannot order online. When calling the restaurant they are always so short handed it is hard to even order online. He past couple times I arrived to pickup my call in order, the person cooking had to come out and take my payment. read more

It's a poor mans PF Chang's, Menu & Food is amazing. Prices are just right if you're on a budget. Not to expensive especially for the quality and quantity you receive. Kitchen staff is always on point as far as we can see. Restaurant is always well maintained and kept. Our only complaint is the dinning area is to small and could be bigger especially for their rush. Other than that a great place to eat lunch or dinner. read more

Always scrumptious food and consistently good. Online orders are always ready at the estimated time when I arrive. Staff is always polite.

I have been here many times and I actually had to change my 5 star rating to a 3. The restaurant does not honor all coupons or specials. I checked in on Yelp and had an honor for a free hummus plate. I told the cashier who I found out was the manager and she said it expired three days ago. So even though this offer popped up when I came to the restaurant and no expiration date was listed that I could see, they do not everything. Very poor service in my opinion. If you have an offer especially in Yelp, they should honor it and then talk to Yelp about the mistake. I guarantee they did not know I am an Elite Yelper. Maybe my baseball cap threw it off. All restaurants should pay attention to their customers. read more

Yikes. I guess they decided to make some changes to their menu since i no longer saw the Individual price lettuce wraps for only $2. Ok understandable i suppose. Business needs to benefit somewhere somehow. So we proceeded with lunch there. I finally settled for their build your own bowl options. I picked the Mongolian flavoring with beef and thought the cauliflower rice would be a great loe carb option. My husband got the orange chicken bowl with fried rice. Total was $19 after military discount. I thought it was a lil steep but just thought we would go for it. Our bowls ended up being a full plate almost piled with food which was good at least. I wasnt a big fan of the cauliflower fried rice. The flavor was just ok overall but it just didnt give me that fill like i needed at that time. But i thought, well at least i can take some of my husbands fried rice. Fried rice was God awful! It tasted like warmed up rice from yesterday and almost metalic from the pan it was cooked on. It was probably the worst fried rice i have ever had in my life. Im sorry but i could not fathom its flavor. Orange chicken was also off. I guess i should appreciate the real oranges they cooked with it but its citrus flavor was way overpowering. The chicken itself was almost gelatinous like for its breading unless it was those tiny pieces that were fried that had no chicken in it. Prolly the only thing that salvaged our lunch was my mongolian beef for its flavor but even that aspect wasnt great. A lot of my steak came out too tough from too much sauteing in oil or what not. It was more satisfying than anything else at least. Not sure if we would ever come back after this. read more

Start with a new employee that's mute. Trainer is running around , takes order and has new employee give change so she can go help carryouts. He hands me back my change crumpled up. Don't get my name or anything. I ask how they're supposed to know which is mine... another guy says he's got it. They still don't get my name. I got the spicy drunken noodles. Not spicy. The only drunken part is whoever cooked it. Almost void of veggies and enough EGG for 3 meals maybe 4... more egg than chicken or anything else... terrible!! Egg rolls were cold, presumably old. Tasted old. I paid cash or I'd be disputing the charges, and it's too far to drive back and get my $15 back... read more

We ordered a delivery at thePeiWei website. The tracking update indicated it was delivered to us. We never received it and when I called the store to ask for help, the person in charge, Jonathan, told me there was nothing he could do unless we wanted to come pick up the order. I tried to explain to him that, since PeiWei had accepted the order at its website, it was PeiWei's responsibility to remedy the problem. He continued to refuse to do that. If I could give a lower rating, than one star I would. I've never had a customer experience where the vendor knowingly refused to remedy its failure to perform. read more

The hubby wanted Pei Wei so I whipped out my phone to check my email for my daily coupon deal sent by Pei Wei. Yes it's totally worth the daily email for that one day you want to save a few dollars on your meal! The deal of the day was 5.99 cashew chicken which I was totally down for. I ordered it with the mixed green salad ( a good size salad too, I love veggies and am always disappointed when the restaurants idea is a couple of lettuce leaves in a tiny containers). My husband ordered Thai dynamite tofu with noodles and given how fast he consumed it I'm assuming it was great. We did pickup due to covid and the food was well packaged, hot, and came quick! read more

Eeek...what happened? Not sure if it was a busy dinner hour or what was going on, but the quality of this place has seriously tanked over the past year. I ordered the new Thai Mango chicken and it was soggier than a Lean Cuisine dinner bowl. We already know the sodium level in most fast food asian restaurants is through the roof, but this was too much. I expected the chicken to taste somewhat fresh? I guess that's too much to ask for. Noodles...were congealed. Once again it tasted inappropriately preserved and I was disappointed. This was unfortunate because the actual flavor of the dish was delicious and the small mango chunks inside were a great addition! Not sure if I will be going back though because my last three experiences have been somewhat similar. I really hope Pei Wei can focus on quality checking the dishes to make sure that they are served as they are intended to be. read more

What a disappointment! We've visited this restaurant frequently over the years, but it's really gotten " down in the heel". The furniture (chairs) were worn smooth, and the food was less than wonderful. My husband and I both ordered beef-- Korean BBQ Steak and Mongolian Steak. The meat pieces were full of fat and gristle which was not edible. The packaged fortune cookies smelled stale when the plastic was opened. The ice machine was broken, too. Also, during the time we were eating our meal, no other customers were seated. There were a few take-out orders. On the positive side, the employees were friendly. read more

I went to have dinner at 8:40 and I was told that only TO GO was available because they close at 9 pm. For me the menu was just a bit confusing, luckily our friend has been here several times and helped me navigate menu. I went with the sesame chicken , or was very good albeit a little to spicy for this bland Wisconsin gal! I also had a pork egg roll, yummy. Husband had a pokebowl. Guess he didn't read description well enough because every thing was raw, he ate it said it was ok but wouldn't order it again 3 entres 2 egg rolls and 3 drinks was $44 read more

I am having a little "trim the tree" party tonight- that's when my girlfriends come over with their husbands and the guys get the tree and ornaments out of the garage for me and help me set it up. I worked all day and did not have time to cook but I did not want typical take out/delivery. I thought Pei Wei take out would be perfect and it was. It had been a while since we had Pei Wei and we were very disappointed with our order this evening. We got there within the 30 min we were told it would take to get our order ready but the food was already cold. The Mongolian Beef was ok but the green onions were huge and were basically just huge raw onions in the dish. Normally I don't dislike onions but wow, that was different. The lettuce wraps were ok but the lettuce was poorly selected for making an actual wraps. We ended up eating them by taking a bite of filling then a bite of lettuce, repeat until finished. We also ordered the Thai wonton soup and it was even more disappointing. Aside from being cold it was bland and really the least Thai thing we've ever had. Honestly I've had Campbell's soup that had more Thai flavor. We ended up using most of the soy sauce, chili, hot mustard etc. to get the food tasting less like cold stale cardboard... with onions. Oh and whoever packed our to go bag decided that we couldn't possibly need a spoon for our soup so we got three forks, no spoons and two napkins which was nowhere near enough. We won't be ordering from the West Side Pei Wai again any time soon. I would strongly suggest that you avoid this restaurant. read more
