We had been with our previous provider for over 13 years but with frequent changes and doctor cancellations we decided to switch. I highly recommend her to any new parent! Karen (Dr. Wang's nurse) is also really nice and polite! She is gentle with our newborn and also has really good bedside manners. The facility is fairly new. It's located right behind H-E-B (not in the same parking lot). Some maps don't pull up the address correctly because the street is relatively new as of this review date. The address I added on Yelp is accurate. The facility and process they implement for Covid-19 prevention is great. They check you at the entrance and actually enforces people to distance themselves. Everyone wears their mask and tries to be safe. I feel like we got lucky choosing this place. Thank you for being awesome!

Our baby had jaundice requiring a NICU stay, as well as a false positive on her newborn screen (requiring repeat testing). It was a very stressful postpartum period for us, but Blue Fish was a silver lining. Drs. Agrawal and Kim were so incredibly compassionate, non-judgmental, and attentive. Dr. Agrawal was our daughter's incredible PCP -- but even Dr. Kim called to follow up on our baby's health after seeing us as the on-call pediatrician. They went above and beyond to make sure we, as a family, were doing well. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I only wish they could have moved with us to California. :)

I remember I was looking for a Pediatrician that time and the nurse recommended her. And after a day when she was making rounds to the baby's nursery she stopped by to my room and she welcomed me so much! She said "looking forward to see you at the clinic". Fast forward to 2020 she is still my pediatrician, she never rushed when she sees you. Very attentive on what you say. Just because everyone wanted to see her sometimes you have a hard time making appointment with her. Somewhat I never experienced that. Her nurses/MA are their to help as well. I am so glad I found her! I would recommend her!

We were late- she could have rescheduled - she was due on a plane for vacation and risked missing it? For a child with mild cold symptoms but a worried mom who told her " she is acting weird - did not even want her bubble bath and she looks kind of jaundiced " ....Dr Gina? could have rescheduled - we ran late and she was due on a plane to a (well deserved) Mexico vacation. But she KNEW my kids, KNEW Echo ..KNEW ? something was off . She met us in the lobby ....and took us back ....almost immediately she said "she is not jaundiced- but anemic but tan...its probably TRC ( I think thats what she said) - sometimes little girls get a blood disorder- we give them a transfusion and BAM - back to normal..we do not know why" - then she put her on the table and pressed her abdomen ...."be right back" we are freaking out at the idea our 2nd youngest needs A blood tranfusion.....she came back in and said " Dallas Childrens will be waiting on you- go to the front of the line" ......and I said " for the blood transfusion?" and she took my hands and said " no honey...I think she has leukemia" and the world stopped .....and I said "could you be wrong?" she said " I would love to be wrong " ....she was not .....and had she rescheduled us ? To make her vacation? It could have been the difference between our 23rd Christmas with my baby and not having 5 and every year since having that empty place.....Dr Gina? Is in my prayers EVERY day . She saved my daughters life and my family happiness ....I could not appreciate another person more . I say with honesty? You can trust her with your childs life. I trusted her with all 5 of mine....and they are all healthy , progressing , no tragic outcome, adults now ( she helped the other 4 too - just not as dramatically) . I revere this amazing woman.

Most of the doctors there are really great. Very professional and great with kids. This is the…read moreonly reason they get two stars. They rarely answer their phones during the hours they say they are open. The only thing worse than waiting for over half an hour for someone to pick up the phone is to listen to the recording of a doctor telling you that they WILL get to your child as soon as they can in a condescending voice speaking to you as if you were a child yourself. I got sick and tired of hearing that same annoying voice telling me not to hang up because I am "important to them" and "we ALL don't like to wait." Furthermore you can't make an appointment online unless the patient is over 18. Patients under the age of 18 have to call a 1-800 number to register, THEN go online to make an appointment. It adds insult to injury. If I had the luxury of talking down to my customers like they do, then maybe I would understand the recording better. But, since I don't, my child has a new pediatrician. one who's office staff actually answer their phones when they say they are open. What a concept.

The wait time is slim to none when waiting to be called. I did call once at peak hours and had to wait a bit to be helped but that's understandable as there are only so many people to answer phones to parents and patients calling. Anything I need I call in advance and they do not rush me- they take their time with me. They also have the mychart app where you can print off your shot records send messages to the office as well. I highly recommend CNP Amanda and Dr. Bishop as those are the doctors I use but I'm sure the others are great!
