Dr. Wang has amazing bedside manners, always answers all our questions without any hesitation, makes us feel welcomed and reassures us. She makes sure to be gentle with our little guy and never rushes any of our appointments. On top of that, she is extremely personable and patient! Dr. Wang's nurse, Karen, is also cream of the crop. She is genuinely nice, sweet and always treats our little guy with great care. Whenever we have had non-urgent questions, we send an email to Dr. Wang. We've asked two questions so far and she has been very quick to provide us with detailed answers. We've never had to wait more than a few minutes for our appointments. Dr. Wang and Karen have always been timely. The facility is very clean and they have great COVID protocols. You can check in from your car to minimize exposure for you and your little one. Everything inside the offices look brand new. We are so glad that Dr. Wang was recommended to us. I cannot imagine having my little guy see anyone else, and we plan on continue seeing her until he's too grown up!

For a short period of time, after the birth of my second child, I was using two different pediatricians (wasn't happy with the first, was in search of new Dr ) My kid got sick, I called both doctors as I was desperate to talk to someone asap. His Dr sent me to ER. However, Dr. Burgos, made me follow a treatment and even sent prescription order to the pharmacy. Told me to monitor and go to ER only if he got worse. I still went to ER as I was paranoid due to what his "main" doctor said. After hours of waiting and a huge bill after, the Dr at the hospital ended up doing the same treatment that Dr Burgos advised and sent me home. My son was normal a few days later. I immediately switched doctors after. Recently, I called her due to my son getting COVID , and reached the next day to make sure he was ok. She had the day off, but she still sent her assistant to call me to arrange in case I needed to see someone right away! Our previous pediatrician would send us to the ER for anything other than regular check ups. Literally. Her office staff is friendly, patient and caring. They all look like they get along well and make a good team. I'm beyond happy that I found Dr. Burgos. And I'm happy that I didn't go by the "looks" (previos Dr office was super refined and new installation). I trust her fully with the care of my two boys!

Our baby had jaundice requiring a NICU stay, as well as a false positive on her newborn screen (requiring repeat testing). It was a very stressful postpartum period for us, but Blue Fish was a silver lining. Drs. Agrawal and Kim were so incredibly compassionate, non-judgmental, and attentive. Dr. Agrawal was our daughter's incredible PCP -- but even Dr. Kim called to follow up on our baby's health after seeing us as the on-call pediatrician. They went above and beyond to make sure we, as a family, were doing well. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I only wish they could have moved with us to California. :)

Dr. Laurie Hogarth is hands down the best pediatrician I've ever met- probably could go as far as…read moresaying the best physician I've ever come across in any specialty. We've had to change pediatricians 4 times last year and I've seen how horrible it can get with scheduling, ease of access into facilities (with a stroller), the amount of time the physician is willing to spend with you, and even the level of expertise or experience- when it comes to choosing a Ped. Most of the doctors at Town Center Pediatrics are not taking any new patients because they just have too many patients wanting to get in with them. (People who can't get in, get angry and write bad reviews about the place- which is kinda understandable.) The patients know the doctors are excellent though, and they seem to get more than enough referrals through word of mouth than they can handle. We're so lucky we got in with Dr. Hogarth. We were initially referred to see Dr. Todd but she wasn't accepting any new patients and Dr. Hogarth just happened to have 50 patients graduate from high school to go to college so she had 50 spots. Although disappointed we couldn't get in with Dr. Todd, we took a chance with Dr. Hogarth and it's the best thing we could've done for our kids. We have two Irish twin babes (2 under 2). She takes the time to address every single possible concern I may have and explain the reason for diagnosis. She will rule out other things and tell you why. I really can't say enough good things about her and the other physicians here also. I believe 4 of the physicians here are the partners/owners- Dr. Hogarth, Dr. Todd, and 2 others. They were all head of something at 4 different Texas Children's Hospitals before getting together to open their own practice. I'm not sure if ALL the doctors have stopped taking new patients, but if you can get in with any of the physicians here- jump on it. Luckily, once one of your kids are in, the doctors will definitely accept any siblings as new patients as well.

I called Gentle Pediatrics and they were sympathetic, understanding and very accommodating. First, the new office is beautifully! The fish tank is beautiful. I wanted to be a patient there but in too old!! Second, staff is amazing! I couldn't thank them enough!! Third, Dr. Hasnain made my 16 year old son smile, which has been impossible to do lately. And Dr. Hasnain helped me feel better about my shortcomings as a parent by telling me I'm a good mom. Why was that so important? In the last 2 months we have gone through a lot as a blended family and I've often felt like a failure as a parent. It is rare to find someone who is still passionate about their job after 32 years.
