We've had to change pediatricians 4 times last year and I've seen how horrible it can get with scheduling, ease of access into facilities (with a stroller), the amount of time the physician is willing to spend with you, and even the level of expertise or experience- when it comes to choosing a Ped. Most of the doctors at Town Center Pediatrics are not taking any new patients because they just have too many patients wanting to get in with them. (People who can't get in, get angry and write bad reviews about the place- which is kinda understandable.) The patients know the doctors are excellent though, and they seem to get more than enough referrals through word of mouth than they can handle. We're so lucky we got in with Dr. Hogarth. We were initially referred to see Dr. Todd but she wasn't accepting any new patients and Dr. Hogarth just happened to have 50 patients graduate from high school to go to college so she had 50 spots. Although disappointed we couldn't get in with Dr. Todd, we took a chance with Dr. Hogarth and it's the best thing we could've done for our kids. We have two Irish twin babes (2 under 2). She takes the time to address every single possible concern I may have and explain the reason for diagnosis. She will rule out other things and tell you why. I really can't say enough good things about her and the other physicians here also. I believe 4 of the physicians here are the partners/owners- Dr. Hogarth, Dr. Todd, and 2 others. They were all head of something at 4 different Texas Children's Hospitals before getting together to open their own practice. I'm not sure if ALL the doctors have stopped taking new patients, but if you can get in with any of the physicians here- jump on it. Luckily, once one of your kids are in, the doctors will definitely accept any siblings as new patients as well.

I checked in and was not informed about the mandatory next step: replying to a text message to finalize the check-in. 2. I waited for over an hour and a half while other walk-ins were called ahead of me. 3. When I inquired, the attendant checked her system and discovered she had sent the required check-in text to the wrong number, making me wait needlessly. 4. Despite this being her error, she stated she could do nothing, and I was forced to start the queue over again. This negligence turned a long wait into a two-hour-plus ordeal while I was already severely ill. The front desk staff desperately needs to be trained on clear patient communication and check-in protocol, especially regarding critical next steps like text message confirmations. So after 2 + hours wait I gave up and went to Memorial Herman Urgent care literally 4 mins away from this location and they see me right away!

Wow! We had our prenatal consultation today with Dr. Chauhan in order to get to know her and her…read moreoffice before the baby arrives and we were so impressed! Her office is on the first floor of the building and conveniently located next to the covered garage. They have separate well and sick areas for kiddos and parents that are equally as cute. TVs in each room are playing cartoons. The well area side were we were had iPad like tablets set up for kids to play on as well as a mini foosball table! They gave us a tour of the facilities and everything looked very well kept and clean. There's even a nursing room for breastfeeding moms so they can have a private area! Dr. Chauhan was amazing and walked us through what we could expect from her office. She answered every question we had and answered questions we didn't even know we would have! She does see patients at the hospital (Memorial Hermann Sugar Land). She does take walk-ins if needed (with a $35 fee). She does see patients once every 4 weeks on Saturday. The office staff is great as well. Everyone was very polite and happy to be there. It is a teaching clinic so occasionally you may have a medical student exam your baby first before she comes in. We are so excited to have her as our pediatrician! Oh, and if you're having/have a girl --- they pierce ears here too!

Dr Burgos is an excellent pediatrician with superb bedside manners. She takes time to answer…read morequestions, is always available and will squeeze you in if you need to see her. She is ALWAYS available via text (really, can you believe that? Evenings, weekends) and will respond to you promptly. For a short period of time, after the birth of my second child, I was using two different pediatricians (wasn't happy with the first, was in search of new Dr ) My kid got sick, I called both doctors as I was desperate to talk to someone asap. His Dr sent me to ER. However, Dr. Burgos, made me follow a treatment and even sent prescription order to the pharmacy. Told me to monitor and go to ER only if he got worse. I still went to ER as I was paranoid due to what his "main" doctor said. After hours of waiting and a huge bill after, the Dr at the hospital ended up doing the same treatment that Dr Burgos advised and sent me home. My son was normal a few days later. I immediately switched doctors after. Recently, I called her due to my son getting COVID , and reached the next day to make sure he was ok. She had the day off, but she still sent her assistant to call me to arrange in case I needed to see someone right away! Our previous pediatrician would send us to the ER for anything other than regular check ups. Literally. Her office staff is friendly, patient and caring. They all look like they get along well and make a good team. I'm beyond happy that I found Dr. Burgos. And I'm happy that I didn't go by the "looks" (previos Dr office was super refined and new installation). I trust her fully with the care of my two boys!

The office is clean and organized and always runs on time. We have recommended Pediatrics of Sugar Land to many of our friends and they too have had wonderful experiences here. My children really enjoy their visits here and always look forward to going because they know they will have fun and get to ask the doctors lots of questions. Since I had checked in online and reserved an appointment I walked in quickly after paying. They came in took my temperature and blood pressure. They asked what my symptoms were. Then they tested for Covid and the flu. Waited the 15 minutes to get the results. Then the PA ask what pharmacy I used and we discussed my treatment plan. Every one here was nice and listened to me as I hate being sick.
