It's located right behind H-E-B (not in the same parking lot). Some maps don't pull up the address correctly because the street is relatively new as of this review date. The address I added on Yelp is accurate. The facility and process they implement for Covid-19 prevention is great. They check you at the entrance and actually enforces people to distance themselves. Everyone wears their mask and tries to be safe. I feel like we got lucky choosing this place. Thank you for being awesome!

Dr. Ho really knows his stuff and I trust him completely with my children's health needs! He is an expert in his field and so knowledgeable. He or his nurse will always return your call before the end the business day and he will even try to call again if you miss him the first time. That kind of service is appreciated and absolutely amazing in this mom's opinion. I love that sick children can always be worked in on short notice because sometimes you just can't wait for your child to be seen. I have never been told no when calling for an appointment and we have also visited with Dr. Husain when Dr. Ho was unavailable. We love her, too! The waiting room is clean and child friendly. Wait times can be long but that's the norm for any doctor's office. I highly recommend this practice if you're looking for a pediatrician for your child!

For a short period of time, after the birth of my second child, I was using two different pediatricians (wasn't happy with the first, was in search of new Dr ) My kid got sick, I called both doctors as I was desperate to talk to someone asap. His Dr sent me to ER. However, Dr. Burgos, made me follow a treatment and even sent prescription order to the pharmacy. Told me to monitor and go to ER only if he got worse. I still went to ER as I was paranoid due to what his "main" doctor said. After hours of waiting and a huge bill after, the Dr at the hospital ended up doing the same treatment that Dr Burgos advised and sent me home. My son was normal a few days later. I immediately switched doctors after. Recently, I called her due to my son getting COVID , and reached the next day to make sure he was ok. She had the day off, but she still sent her assistant to call me to arrange in case I needed to see someone right away! Our previous pediatrician would send us to the ER for anything other than regular check ups. Literally. Her office staff is friendly, patient and caring. They all look like they get along well and make a good team. I'm beyond happy that I found Dr. Burgos. And I'm happy that I didn't go by the "looks" (previos Dr office was super refined and new installation). I trust her fully with the care of my two boys!

Today was my last straw when we brought my son in for an abnormal lump on a ring worm that hasn't healed in MONTHS. This is the 2nd time I've brought him in for the same ring worm, and he is completely dismissive of my concerns and the abnormal lump. Just keeps telling me to put cream on it. I've never seen a ring worm take so long to heal. All he cared about was getting him to go do bloodwork, MRI's, etc. Stuff my healthy son doesn't need. What he needed was a doctor who actually cared enough to take the time to look at what we made the appointment for in the first place. Which he didn't take more than a glance at. Her office is on the first floor of the building and conveniently located next to the covered garage. They have separate well and sick areas for kiddos and parents that are equally as cute. TVs in each room are playing cartoons. The well area side were we were had iPad like tablets set up for kids to play on as well as a mini foosball table! They gave us a tour of the facilities and everything looked very well kept and clean. There's even a nursing room for breastfeeding moms so they can have a private area! Dr. Chauhan was amazing and walked us through what we could expect from her office. She answered every question we had and answered questions we didn't even know we would have! She does see patients at the hospital (Memorial Hermann Sugar Land). She does take walk-ins if needed (with a $35 fee). She does see patients once every 4 weeks on Saturday. The office staff is great as well. Everyone was very polite and happy to be there. It is a teaching clinic so occasionally you may have a medical student exam your baby first before she comes in. We are so excited to have her as our pediatrician! Oh, and if you're having/have a girl --- they pierce ears here too!
