they put random bolts on my kicks stand without me asking and keep my original ones.
    Oscar G.

I came in to get my flats fix on my electric bike which it was all good, but when I got home, I notice that they took the original bolts from the kick stan and replace them with random ones and now the kick stan is really stiff and my bike won't stay up this was a Brand-new bike. It sucks that a place like this would take parts from bikes even as small as a screw or bolts. I won't take my bikes there anymore. Plese double check your bike when leaving the place.

    Bike inventory is low

There was no welcoming committee when I walked in but I don't like to be bothered while I browse. During this COVID-19 pandemic there has been a huge sale on bicycles and I can see that there bike shelves are almost empty. They have the high end Roadie bikes for 5K on up and some good value woman's step through Colombia bicycles. I was looking for 700c fixie colored tires which they didn't have.

    Amazing selection of new bikes

My kids and I were headed out for a day of bike riding when we realized we had three flat tires on two separate bikes. Our pump wasn't working. I called the bike shop and headed over there to get the repairs . After they inspected the bikes only one tire needed to be replaced . The other just needed air . The guys here were so incredibly helpful with going outside to help me get the bikes off the car. Amazing customer service, honest and helpful. This is my forever bike shop from now on .

Busy shop, great staff! Will return! Massive selection and service area.

Second time I've came to this shop. It's conveniently located on Van Nuys Blvd and just north of Burbank Blvd. Two entrances one off of Van Nuys and one off of Burbank. The parking is located in the same shopping center as Chipotle, Panda and Jersey Mike's. First time I purchased a bike lock and the staff member was very helpful. The second I needed a seat post installed and they took care of it faster that I thought possible. I went in on a busy Sunday and amongst all the chaos they managed to do my job. It doesn't get much better than this. These guys are on top of their game. Thank you. Highly recommended for any level of biker ‍ rider beginners to advanced level.

They took my bb out, I put a new one in, and slid this guy in there. Truvativ descendant crankset on a Scott voltage yz 0.1.

Awesome bike shop. I've explored the San Fernando valley, Santa Clarita, even riverside. I haven't been to a bike shop that offered such good customer service. No pressure to buy anything, very relaxed, open space, very very clean, and they have options for bikes. Road, mountain, beach, and kids bikes. Stopped in, introduced myself, and literally got the job done within 5 minutes. Removed a press fit bb I couldn't seem to get out by myself. Worked out perfect. This will be my home spot for sure. Thanks dudes!

Dropped off my cruiser to be repaired on a Saturday around noon. It was ready by 4 pm. I asked for the $70 tune up but when I picked it up they said I didn't need it, so they only charged me $40 for the repairs. It's nice to have honest people bc I wouldn't have known the difference.

George said yes, but since I was attached to the bike he gave me enough time to think about it.

So I walked my bike to van nuys and gor there there was only one person working. He saw me get there and he picked up the phone. And was talking a cool 8 mins and I'm like wtf in my head. I came just to get 2 new inner tubes. After he got off the phone he then quoted me which I was like damn was kinda pricey. 60 for both. He fixed it by the close of shop which was 5. He broke my chain guard. While he try to tell me that it was already broken. I told him no I walked here and I would know if it was broken. I brought an electric bike so I wish he knew if he worked with them first. But he said to come back next week and he will replace the chain guard. I came back and I called him the day before and he said to come. So I came the next day and I had to wait 30 mins and them he didn't have the part and he took the part of another bike that wasn't the same brand. I will never come back to this place. Bad customer service and there is no integrity here. The Light_skin_dragon will find a better bike shop that gives you way better service

A rare gem of a bike shop--Atomic Cycles and Paul are the real deal…read more If you're lucky enough to stumble across Atomic Cycles in North Hollywood, you've found something special--an old-school, no-frills, soul-of-cycling kind of place. This isn't some sleek boutique with overpriced parts and cookie-cutter service. This is Paul's shop--a one-man operation, part museum, part workshop, part time machine--and entirely awesome. I recently pulled two bikes out of storage after 25+ years of collecting dust. One was a cruiser-style 21-speed, the other my old Klein Stage Comp road bike from my triathlon days. My son is just getting into cycling, so I wanted to see if they could be resurrected. Enter Paul. From the moment you walk in, you're hit with nostalgia--cluttered racks, retro parts, classic bikes stacked everywhere, and zero e-bikes (don't even mention them--Paul will make his feelings known! ). Then you meet Paul himself: a lean, strong, greying guy in his 50s with oil-stained hands, a frayed shirt, and the calm intensity of a mad scientist-mechanic who knows his craft inside and out. He's not there to upsell you or push gimmicks. Paul is a caretaker of bicycles. He brought both my bikes back to life for a price that was literally a fraction of what the big box bike shops wanted to charge. And his work? Impeccable. No BS. Just honest, high-skill labor from someone who clearly lives and loves the cycling life. If you want e-bike talk and shiny sales floors, go elsewhere. If you want someone who treats your bike like it's a piece of living history and will get it running better than ever--go see Paul. This place is more than a bike shop--it's a living piece of cycling culture. I'm grateful I found it.

    Ebenezer Bike Shop

Ebenezer is the man. I spent $1400 on a new ebike but it gave me too many problems. flat tires,…read morebrakes going bad, and I was always having flats every day. I was biking and saw a sign on a bike lane that had his shop's advertisement and I went there hoping for the best. I walked in and found out the way this man works. I was broke, and only had less than the required amount to fix my tires and my brakes, Ebenezer worked with me and gave me amazing deals that other bike shops wouldn't have. I shopped around and found that fixing one flat tire was going to be $60. and that was just for the inner tube inside the tire not including the actual outer tire. So I called Ebenezer and asked him if he had a used tire he can give me for cheap, he said Yes I do! Other shops do not have a used tire I can buy, they only sell brand new, which would cost me more dollars that I do not have. But Ebenezer has used tires he was willing to let go for $20. So he told me that he was going to take care of me. and I went to the shop, ended up getting BOTH of my tires replaced, and my rear tube replaced. that's THREE services he gave me. And that's Ebenezer working his magic. He knows the condition, finds the best remedy, all while keeping the cost super low. Ebenezer kept my ebike in a good condition these past few months. Realistiscally, an ebike is a vehicle, despite it being on the bottom of a totem pole. You know that feeling when your car stops working but you need to go to work. But you have barely any cash to fix it. Ebenezer is the type of "mechanic" that will fix your "car", charge you for what you got, instead of what it should be, and doing it in a super quick time that will get you in and out in an hour or less. My ebike works beautifully now, and I just generally love all types of machinery, and Ebenezer, I have the feeling, is the same type of guy that loves what he does while being a great human being all at the same time.
