Just read past reviews, the owner of the shop gave me my bike back damaged, asked him to give it back the same way it came in, he flat out refused. I have no reason to lie, he and I disagreed on his tactics of upselling me on a repair, he actually wanted me to walk home in 85° weather to retrieve a $3.00 shortage of payment of services rendered,Paul, really? The quote was $10.00, not $16.00! I was standing right in front of his shop the whole time 1 hour, you could of said, hey Led, this job requires more work than anticipated. He sold me a tire that wouldn't seat on my rim and kept saying that I was installing it wrong. Finally I brought it in so he could install it and it still wouldn't seat. He doesn't have a working pressure gauge in his shop. Guy was also kind of an asshole trying to blame me for installing the tire wrong. But it was a cheap shitty tire that he sold me. Coming to the bicycle repair/tuning, I took my new carbon bike to him to fix and setup right and he did a good job. It was a bit of a trudge to get to his shop as he's deep in the Valley! I was referred to him from a local bike repair guy as I needed a front tire and rim for my 26 inch cruiser. Walked in, asked for Paul (owner and operator) and he was there. I told him what I needed, he went back into the rear of the shop, came back out and said $23 bucks. Got a used rim and tire and a new tube. I was in and out in less that 5 minutes. He saved the day!! I would never malign a small business unless they deserve it and this guy that works here, Paul, has earned his horrible repugnant reputation. First of all he serviced my bike but when I got it back it was working worse than when I gave it to him. Then I told him about it and he shrugged me off. I found he stole parts off my detailer and replaced them with cheaper parts and probably has done that many other people as well. In addition he told me that I could return a unicycle if I didn't want it. I would not have bought the unicycle if I couldn't return it. I brought it back to him exactly 13 days after I bought it and he claimed he never offered to take it back. Bottom line this guy runs a totally illegit business. It's dirty and messy and you'll probably not only get ripped off but get some kind of disease if you go there. Please beware of this guy. He is up to no good read more
