The bikes they brought out were the perfect size for each person in our group and they provided helmets. It was about $16/hour for the bike rental. Upon arrival we were helped immediately. From arrival, to waiver signature, and getting on bikes took about 10 minutes. You will need an ID as they hold it until you return with payment. The location is on the north shore and it is easy to find. There was plenty of parking and it's right next to an RV Park with a little liquor store in case you forgot anything. If you didn't bring a drink, pick one up as I did not see any water fountains or bottle fillers on the bike path. The paved bike path is right across the road and it is easy enough. There are some hills, not bad, but not completely flat. You can always walk the bike up if needed. You can ride all the way down the north shore which is mostly undeveloped and absolutely beautiful. We packed a backpack with sandwiches and stopped along the way at picnic tables to eat lunch. Keep in mind for you, your kids, and pets, that it's a little harder to exercise/breathe at high altitudes. There are a few benches to stop and rest as well as a few paths down to the lake. The trail is shared with other bikers, walkers, runners, and a few folks walking dogs. Everyone we encountered was respectful. I knocked one star down because I thought $100+ for one adult and two kid bike rentals for less than 2 hours was a little steep. However, we loved our time on the bike path. The exercise was great and the north shore is beautiful. The trees and lake took our breath away. We will return soon.

Also it's a little more secluded so we didn't feel like we were going to run into anyone while still enjoying the beauty of the lake.

Bought 1 gaff, 2 Sabiki Rig Dehookers and one 8' "Y" pole from him. The Y pole cut two Bluefins off…read morebefore we figured out that the stainless-steel Y had a design flaw that would literally cut through your line if it was at a greater degree than 45. To be crystal clear, the tool you buy from this guy so your line does not get cut off by your props, cuts your line off. When I called him on this, he acknowledged the problem (he already knew, but apparently was selling them as-is anyway); also, really weird, but the second thing out of his mouth was "oh, I have cancer". I don't know why he told me that, but I told him that his condition was more important than my issue with his product, so I asked him to please call me back when he had a replacement; that call never came. Over the next 7-months I called this guy and each time I was able to reach him, he started right off with "oh, I have cancer, and your replacement Y is here somewhere. Said he would ship it to me numerous times... never happened. I finally said I would drive the distance to go to him to exchange it, but then he said, "wait until I dig it out for my warehouse and I'll call you"... never happened. Fast forward to the 2024 Bart Hall Show, and there he was, a booth choking full of product with one Y that still had the issue. I reintroduced myself and asked him about the Y, and very first thing out of his mouth was, "I have cancer". Then he said he has it leaning up against a wall in his shop. So I said great, I will be back at this show tomorrow as well so I can get it from you then, right? Then he became confrontational and told me to "don't do this and to walk away". People, I don't know if this guy has cancer or not (his fat a** certainly doesn't look like it) but if he's lying, what an insult to all who are suffering today with cancer. Apparently, he's not so sick that he's capable of producing product and manning a booth for a 4-day sportfishing event. Finally, if you choose to purchase from "Mr. I-have-cancer, so that grants me authorization to treat customers with warranty issues like shi*" ...handle his long pole products like you're handling nitroglycerin as the lacquer chips off if the pole taps a boat rail exposing the raw bamboo that then absorbs water ruining it. Highly recommend that you don't buy from this jackas* and purchase much superior products like the Promar and Cuda products that I bought to replace his. These will last me for the rest of my life... unless of course, I have cancer.

I contacted my dealer, and they told me most of the parts were discontinued and there was nothing they could do. I was seriously considering selling the boat and buying a new one. Instead, I decided to explore retrofitting the boat with modern digital systems. After some research, I found Gearhead Marine. From the very first conversation, I knew I had found the right shop. Courtney was fantastic. He clearly explained all my options and confidently told me, "When I'm done, you're going to have a brand-new boat." He was absolutely right! He completely overhauled my electrical and electronic systems, retrofitted everything to modern digital standards, and even took care of several issues on my trailer that I hadn't mentioned. He performed two separate sea trials to make sure every system was working perfectly before calling the job done. I couldn't be happier with the results. The boat now runs and handles better than it did when it was new. Courtney's expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism are outstanding. I will never let another boat mechanic touch my boat again. If you have an older boat or new one for that matter, that needs work, do yourself a favor and take it to Gearhead Marine. You won't regret it!

At the time…read moreof sale, the experience was excellent--very responsive, very friendly, and full of assurances that made me feel confident doing business there. I purchased a 2021 Manitou Aurora for $32,000, which I still own and have only put about 30 hours on. A major part of that conversation was a trailer they agreed to sell me for $2,800 out the door. I was told it only needed brakes and that I would get a call when it was ready. I followed up several times and kept hearing delays, including that the wrong brakes had been installed and they needed more time. Eventually the communication stopped completely. Since then, no one has followed through, no one has updated me, and now the original agreement is treated as if it never happened. Instead, the only option presented is a new trailer for around $7,000. I also recently asked what they would offer if they bought the boat back. After paying $32,000 and barely using it, I was offered $16,000. Even getting that answer took repeated effort because emails and calls were ignored until I physically walked into the showroom. Service has been equally disappointing. When I bought the boat, I was specifically told that because I am a Canyon Lake customer they would arrange pickup and delivery for service. When I called recently, I was told there is now a $200 transportation charge and that I would need to take it up with Taylor. I texted Taylor directly again and still received no response. I was also quoted around $1,000 for a basic oil change and impeller replacement, while other boat service centers quoted substantially less for the same work. I have been in sales for over 20 years, and one thing I understand clearly is that customer service after the sale matters more than the sale itself. What stands out most here is how dramatically the customer experience changed once the transaction was complete. Before the purchase, communication was immediate. After the purchase, promises became difficult to verify, follow-up became almost nonexistent, and basic customer service became a struggle. For anyone considering buying here: document everything, get every commitment in writing, and do not rely on verbal promises alone. Based on how this has been handled, I would not purchase from Inland Boat Center again, and I would not recommend that friends, family, or anyone I know buy or service a boat there.
