They have a good selection of glasses and sunglasses (high end to medium range brands). During my appointment, no one else was in the store except me, my partner and the two staff. Apollo limits the number of people and appointments in each time slot. They made me feel super safe! The staff was very helpful in making suggestions on glasses for me to try on based on my face shape and my description of what I was looking for. With their help, I was quickly able to find a pair that I loved and completed my appointment with a purchase in record time. Thank you Apollo optical for the wonderful experience and service! The optometrist is amazing: she did a full and professional eye exam, she took her time with a very caring approach and explained me everything she was doing. Then the staff made me very comfortable, took the time to check different models of frame and eyeglasses. The store is huge, way bigger than the eyeglasses store I went before. I actually tried to speak with her. I thought that was odd. The manager of the store relayed the message that my son could benefit from Blue Light glasses. We then went through the process of selecting those. Fast forward to this afternoon. The store manager calls, leaves a voicemail, telling me that they have made a referral and that my 15 year old knows about it. He didn't. I call back and ask what's up. I'm told that the doctor, in an abundance of caution, is concerned enough to refer my son to another level of clinic to assess the issue that he brought to their attention. The manager called because she felt the doctor behaved oddly by not speaking to me. While I'm happy for the referral, I am a bit disappointed that, between the doctor and the store manager, I was expected to hear of the doctor's concern via a teenage boy. Anyway, all of this is to say you may want to consider a different shop. In my experience optometrists elsewhere do actually speak with parents of kids about what is necessary to keep the kids healthy. This place sort of does that, though you may have to wait 24 hours and hope that the manager comes to feel a bit off about the doctor to the point of calling to let you know herself

My optometrist was friendly and very informative of what was causing my eye discomfort. She took the time to explain and showed videos to make sure I understood and offered advice on how to take care of my eyes at home. The inside of the store was clean and the other staff members were attentive and nice. I personally didn't have time to browse the shop for glasses but they do provide 30 minutes after your exam to look and try frames. Everything is operating by appointment only but it's easy to book it on their website. I plan to return in the future to try on glasses and recommend anyone to go visit too!
