Small differences can happen, but 20 degrees is unacceptable for a place that claims to be professional. Even then, I wasn't angry. The real nightmare started when I checked my glasses. I bought a handcrafted frame from Japan for more than $800 after tax--fragile, unique, and something I truly cherish. On the day they tried to "fix" their axis mistake, instead of handling it properly, they decided to bend my frame without my consent. Now it's distorted, misshapen, and looks awful. They brushed it off as a "small adjustment." How ridiculous! Who bends a fragile Japanese frame to fix an optical prescription error?! I'm devastated and deeply disappointed by the way they treat their customers. And yes--it was Dr. Rebecca, the same name that appears in many other one-star reviews. Also, after few rounds of communication, the clinic refused to admit their mistake, still saying their intention was good, and the issue was small.
