Came in to get my glasses fix and Jillian made sure I was taking care of and the customer service here is awe keep up the good work

I have been visiting optometrist for last seventeen year. This was my first visit with Pearl Vision which happened to be the best so far. Dr Yeh and her staff was very polite, cooperative, punctual and patient to carry out the detailed eye exam. A wonderful experience. I have already recommended Dr Yeh to my family and will do so to my friends. read more

I did not like customer services, I did not feel welcomed. Also limited product offer in lenses and cleaning products.

Man just talking on the phone with the front desk lady that was either Indian or Mexican was annoying as hell. Would not give me prices even tho all other pearl visions did. She was rude and not willing to answer questions. Never coming to this site read more

I visited this Pearle Vision two years ago because of a Groupon we saw. When we asked, they told us that they could give us a better offer by using our health insurance, which we accepted. Long story short, it took them six tries over the period of six months to get my prescription right. I've never heard or seen something like this before. To make it worse, it took me over an hour to get to this location. There technician was a condescending jerk. I really don't know if he still works there. I had to come back three weeks ago because the frame of my glasses just fell apart. The girl who attended me took care of everything in an efficient manner and I could not be happier. If only their technician was as professional. read more

After my eye exam, and my eyes being dilated, Ibran was extremely accommodating during the frame searching process. He was very informative and not overbearing, allowing me to browse without feeling that 'sales' pressure. Once I found the frames, it was time for the lenses! This was my first time needing progressive lenses and Ibram and his associate Elliot took the time to explain all of my options to me. Even drawing the pictures of the differences because my eyes were still dilated and I could not read the about the lenses yet. There was absolutely NO pressure to go with the most expensive and best lenses. They both only wanted what would be best for myself and my eyes. I was so pleased with the service and am looking forward to picking up my glasses when they arrive. I highly recommend this location and their staff! read more

Unprofessional eye doctor - she did not listen to me when I told her my vision was still blurry after the exam. She told me my eyes would adjust, and I left with a prescription I cannot use. It seemed to me that she did not want to be there or care enough to do a thorough job helping me. Unacceptable. My eyesight is important to me, and I will take my business elsewhere. read more

If you wear bifocals, make sure all of the numbers are written down. The office is quite friendly, but I needed to have my prescription adjusted, and they forgot a set of numbers (the add column) that makes them bifocals, which is critical if you wear bifocals and you're having glasses or contacts made not via the Pearle Vision store. Doctor is friendly and helpful, though, and in the end my glasses helped me see better. read more

The owner ibran gave me amazing service!! 100% recommend!!! I got a discount aswell and he is a great owner!

I was used to going to Pearle Vision for my glasses when I still lived in Houston and have always had a great experience with their selection, customer service, and ease of using vision insurance. Remembering that they were always happy to fix my glasses for me, I also brought a pair (not from Pearle Vision) to see if they'd be willing to alter the fitting so that it didn't fall off my face everytime I remotely looked down. This Pearle Vision location is new and conveniently near a Super Target. The staff was amazing and got my out of there in a jiffy. They also have some great promotions going on for sunglasses and prescription lenses. read more

I when in with my husband the 1st time (about 5 months) and met Inessa. She was professional & helped me with my every need. My glasses were ready earlier than expect and Inessa noticed me right away. I had that personal touch. Then the unthinkable happened I lost my prescription sunglasses. I was so upset I reported it to the rental car company but of course no one turned in designer sunglasses. I went back to Pearle to explain the situation to Inessa & Ibran the owner. Now remember this is a business but I can say I feel like they treated me like family. read more

It was time for my husband annual eye exam and this year we decided to look for another optometrist and shop around for new glasses. My husband and I went to Pearl Vision in Frisco that's about 20 miles from where we live. And let me say it was worth the 20 mile drive. When we first walked in we were greeted and asked if we needed help. A gentleman by the name of Ibran Azim walked up and said can I help you with anything? Ibran was very professional and very patient with us. He took the time with my husband to make sure he had the right glasses. So now it's important for me to take the time to recognize Ibran for his outstanding work and dedication to give great customer service . Thank you, Mr and Mrs Henderson read more

Very friendly staff. Our appointment was slightly delayed, and when I asked for a measurement of my Pupillary Distance (PD), it could not be provided. PD is required for those looking to purchase eyeglasses from online providers like Warby Parker, etc. My suggestion: be sure to inquire about PD measurements BEFORE confirming your appointment. read more

Husband haf his eye exam with dr. Yeh and after many many years of poor eye exams, she rocked his eye sight to perfection. He insisted i see her that day. My Experience at Pearle Vision was nothing short of amazing. I was consulted thoroughly while trying to decide on frames and was treated with care and respect not just doing the purchase but at all post-purchase points as well. The frames I ordered had a little knick from the manufacturing process and when I noticed it, a replacement was ordered immediately.Ibran and his staff were beyond courteous and I would highly recommend the Pearle Vission location in Frisco to anyone! read more

Had the best eyeglass purchase experience at this Pearle Vision location. The GM of the store Ibran provided exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end. Walked in with my prescription in hand, selected a frame, and went over all the various lens options. Ibran ordered a new pair of frames for me and more importantly a pair that fit my particular face. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. He spent time adjusting the frames to sit correctly when I picked them up. I was so pleased with the service Ibran provided that I ended up ordering a new pair of sunglasses as well. The shop is intimate so you will be well taken care of and their selection of frames/brands is superb. Highly recommend this Pearle Vision for all your eyewear needs. read more

My experience with this location of Pearl Vision was by far my he best ever. Elliott was the best. He was extremely helpful in the very aspect of my visit. My husband and I were in there in less than an hour, that is how efficient he was. As usual, I had a difficult time choosing the frames and Elliott stepped right up and pulled out 3 frames he thought would go best with my face structure and he nailed. Kudos to you Elliott. We will be back! read more

This is the best eye glasses experience I've had. My husband and I went in to look for glasses and they asked if we needed help, but gave us space to try on glasses..as we found some we started to like a very friendly gentleman helped us narrow down the choices, taking into account price and fit and style. He worked up so many different options for us to consider and made sure we understood the different options and was in no way pushy towards upgrades. He worked with us to get the very best price, offering many discounts that weren't even posted. I'd come back here in a heartbeat. Nicest people. read more

Very inconvenient location. I have not received my prescription upon my appointment I was told to come back to get the prescription. After calling the office multiple times, they have put me on hold and never tried to get back to me. If you are wanting to wait for ages to receive your prescription this the place to be! read more

Dr. Yeh is truly a caring Optometrist. She and her staff provide exceptional customer service. She follows through with her customer service, which is a rarity now adays and is very admirable. About a month after my exam I started experiencing reading problems and I wasn't happy with the contacts I bought. She re-examined me and offered a solution and worked to get me a better fitting contact. I had already bought a year's supply per my insurance, but she was able to get them to trade me. She didn't have to do this, but she really cares and works hard on her patients behalf. I highly recommend her. read more

Best customer service in Frisco. The staff makes you feel like a priority and always gives the best prices. We will be customers for life.

I wear glasses for 20 years and this is first time I got really comfortable, stylish reasonably priced glasses. I can't not praise enough professionalism of Inessa Vishenkova who helped me with my selection and made sure that I got what I needed. If you have a pair of glasses that is uncomfortable or you need a new prescription go to this location and ask for Inessa! read more

Tremendous customer service here. I hadn't gotten new glasses in 15 years, and the GM, Ibran Azim took time to help me pick out frames. They also were great about using my insurance, VSP, and got me contacts too. Upon pickup, the woman working was just as helpful. Terrific experience! read more

I do not recommend this place! Went in to purchase a new pair of glasses and was quoted a ridiculous price! Went to a competitor and purchased the same lenses & frames for less than half what this Pearle Vision store wanted! Highly recommend that you shop around before purchasing from this place! read more

The location at north frisco has awesome, personalized customer service. They really care about providing the suitable lenses and frames. They have a wide verity of brands including tiffany & co, Prada, burburry, Tory burch to name a few at very reasonable price. They also price match the competitors which ended my search for the most stylish and reasonably priced glasses. They always have additional in store promotions. I have shipped here twice already and have recommended friends who have experienced the same great customer service and they can make most prescriptions in one hour. Happy shopping. read more

I was not a fan of wearing glasses so I know I was the worst customer possible, but Inessa Veshenkova, the store manager at Pearle Vision on Legacy in Frisco, not only helped me pick out glasses I would enjoy wearing, but also exemplifies excellent customer service! With Inessa's background, she knows what she is talking about relative to both eye glass prescriptions and frames. You can trust her knowledge. Plus she demonstrated extreme patience as I pondered the benefits of every frame in the store ... and they had a huge selection. I highly recommend going to Inessa if you want new glasses that you will enjoy wearing and which will generate multiple compliments. Thanks again, Inessa! read more

I went to Pearle Vision to pick out some frames for a prescription I obtained the same day from a local eye doctor and my experience blew me away! Not only did I find the perfect pair with ease, Ibran who helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He called my insurance to get the authorization hold released from the other Dr. office so I could purchase my frames with him which took maybe 5 minutes. Ibran worked efficiently knowing we were in a little but of a time crunch. While he was serving us, one of his other customers came in to pick up glasses. It was clear that his customers were very important to him as he successfully assisted both of us simultaneously without me making me feel neglected. On top of it all, he offered to have my frames ready within the hour! I really wanted them this week before going out of town next week and so their turn time was icing on the cake for me. I really liked the Dr. who did my exam at another optical company but their optical salesman was terrible. So I decided to try Pearle Vision for the glasses. I'm so glad I did, I will go back, and I recommend everyone try them out! read more
