When I called to talk about it, the person on the phone literally said it's not their responsibility to know what people's plans cover. That just blew my mind. They took zero accountability and made it seem like it was all on me, even though I did everything I could to check in advance. Lot of people coming in to have their glasses adjusted so I doubt they are done right the first time. Bottom line, people that have been waiting need to be called first.
