Let me start by saying i moved a couple years ago and finding my new favorites to all my store options has not been easy, esp bc bolingbrook has almost anything and everything you can imagine...I've also worn glasses almost my whole life so trust me when I say I've been to all kinds of eye glass places..this particular pearle vision is now my new favorite go-to spot! Going in there I expected to find 1 or 2 pairs of glasses that I liked...I found almost 15 that I LOVED! Not only did they have a huge selection but I have to send a special shout out to MONSI for being absolutely amazing! She helped me go through each pair and gave me positive feedback and opinions! She was such a sweetheart and so patient,which goes a long way when you're trying on frames! Esp when u have a customer as indecisive as me...she walked/talked me through every step and every option to figure out what would be best for me..and I heard her doing that with every customer she spoke with...she conveyed such a positive and happy attitude that I walked out feeling more beautiful then before I walked in...anyways I'm very pleased with the price i paid for designer glasses and exceptionally happy with the service! I highly recommend Pearle Vision-Bolingbrook. The staff are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful from the moment I came in until I stepped out of the store. One of the staff -Alcola walked me through patiently every details on the cost and choices of lenses and frames for my eyeglass and sunglass. Their 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy was no hassle when I replaced the lenses and my eyeglass with a different frame. On my visit to the store to ask for replacement of my eyeglass, I was privileged to be attended by the owner -Rory who was very professional and helpful in my final choice of the frame. A week after I got my eyeglass, I came back to the store with my wife for minor adjustment only to know that they were already closed. However, when the owner -Rory saw us, he unhesitatingly brought us in and took care of me. That's how accommodating and committed they are to make sure their customers are pleased and satisfied. I can't say enough good things about this store. My wife and I both needed glasses. She also needed contact lenses. We came with a Rx from our ophthalmologist. The person who who helped us, Sultan, was extremely knowledgeable. He was professional and knew a lot about how glasses should fit and be worn. He was able to make good recommendations on both of our glasses. And, he also not only ordered my wife's contacts, but walked us through getting the $50.00 rebate. So, my wife's contacts ended up costing us $12.00/month instead of the initial $25.00/month. Sultan took a lot of time helping us find the right pair of glasses. We were very impressed by the store's selection of glasses. Also, Sultan knew a lot about vision insurance and getting the best claim for each of us. We spent a lot of time in the store and we never felt rushed. I also liked that the lab is onsite. So, when Sultan had a question about our prescription on a certain lens, he could get an immediate answer. I would highly recommend the Pearls Vision in Bolingbrook, IL. My situation was a weird and possibly a hard thing to get done. I went to 2 other vision stores and I couldn't help and the other, America's Best told me "we're not going to help you, not worth my time". I went to Pearle Vision And was warmly welcomed and Ray asked how he could help. I need lenses to be put into a new frame that was size and shape of a broken pair. Ray looked and assured me he was up to the challenge and thought he could do it! He let me know how he would try to accomplish the task, so there were no surprises, as he may have to slightly grind the lenses. Asked for and hour called me 20 minutes and said they were ready for pick. He was able to get the lenses to fit snuggly in the frame without messing the prescription up! I want to commend Ray who has the same name as the person wearing the glasses. He is very friendly and he listens to you and he works magic! I was very impressed by the team there. I typically don't write reviews, but after the GREAT experience I had today with Tim (I believe) I felt it necessary. This location (Bolingbrook) is fantastic. I had a horrible experience with the Naperville location so I was relieved to get great service today. I purchased two pairs of glasses from a different (Naperville) Pearle Vision and needed them adjusted. Tim was so awesome and eager to help me today. He was extremely helpful and very honest. He had me fixed up right away. The atmosphere was super nice too. It was very clean, bright, and everyone was friendly and dressed professionally. It was busy when I was in and I didn't feel rushed at all. They seemed well staffed and their customer service was perfect. The whole visit was very welcoming and they seemed so happy to help. I want to first start by saying I've been going to this location for years.. and there is always unfamiliar faces so turnover rates are kind of high but regardless of that on this trip the members of this staff were the nicest yet! I'd like to single out, Ms. Alexis. She seemed to be the most experienced person there at the time and even though it was busy she was very professional and helpful. She helped me choose a great pair of glasses and not once did she try and up sell me or overprice me. We talked for a great time about me and what I like and needed out of my glasses and she listened and delivered. I mentioned to her that it looked like she was having a rough day and she mentioned but it is better because she knows she helped me find something I loved. The customer service at Pearle Vision was excellent. I was greeted when I entered and Ray assisted me. I picked out a pair of glasses but the color I wanted was out of stock. So I picked out my 2nd choice of color. A week later I went back with my husband who needed reading glasses. Ray remember me even by name which impressed me. He then told me that he called a couple days later to see if the color I wanted was back in stock and it was so he ordered that frame as well. I didn't ask him to do that. He went beyond the expected customer service! He also was great helping my husband find a pair of reading glasses within our price range. I have been going to this Pearle Vision for the past 6 years. They have a great selection of frames and at a reasonable price. The service has always been top notch. If they do not have a particular frame you are interested in -- they will order it for you. If you need your glasses quickly, they will try to do same day or put a rush on it. The eye doctors have been there for awhile. They are experienced, professional and give a quality eye exam. A few years ago, one of the doctors noticed a spot on the back of my eye during my annual eye exam. While traveling out of town, I damaged my rimless glasses - the plastic strap holding the lens was broken and the frame was twisted. Needing the glasses fixed urgently, my wife talked to Glen at Pearle Vision in Bolingbrook and he said to bring the glasses and he would see what could be done. After landing, I went straight from the airport to the Pearle Vision; Glen looked at the glasses and told me that I should return in 15 minutes and he would let me know if the glasses could be fixed. I've been going to the Bolingbrook store for about 15 years for glasses, I have my own eye doctor. I've always been happy with the end result, a great pair of glasses. I know I may pay a little more, but I've not been disappointed. They have good quality budget frames and designer as well. Service is overall good, sometimes it's busy and I have to wait, that's life. A shoutout for Sultan, I wanted a special pair of glasses for computer work and he worked with me to understand exactly what I needed, by asking questions and clarifying what I wanted and didn't want. I recommend this Pearle Vision 100 times over! I went to another establishment looking for glasses and couldn't find anything that remotely interested me. I walked into this Pearle Vision with no appointment and was helped right away! Maram immediately greeted me, asked what I was looking for, and knew exactly which frames to grab! i never write reviews but this fantastic visit should be shared. first off im from sacramento CA but I was visiting need a set of glasses repaired. on one very busy day and I repeat busy had to be 20 people in this place but the manager Alex is awesome as he juggled a few customers and fixed issues he also fixed my glasses and I got a new exam and new pair. he was light on his feet and smiled no matter how slow or fast people where moving. the young man is respectful and the doctors assistant is so sweet. I am a repeat customer of the Pearle Vision in Bolingbrook. I have always found the staff to be friendly and the doctors to be thorough. I appreciate that the doctors are not rushed and take as much time as needed to make sure that my prescription is correct and that my contacts are comfortable. When I had an eye emergency on a Holiday weekend last year, they were able to get me in that day to see the doctor and be treated. I have been going to Perle for a few years and glasses were decent BUT this time thanks to Ray and Justin and Daniel the technician who put these new lenses into my frames these glasses are phenomenal. My vision has never been so clear before this. I don't know what changed but these are the best pair I've ever had. I was used to things being cloudy and blurry and now crystal clear sharp vision with no worries. They were very fast too. Simply amazing. I will keep going here. My daughter needed a pair of glasses and I went into the store on late Friday and purchased her glasses. I informed the staff that we needed them by Tuesday due my daughter having surgery on Wednesday, and they made that happen. By the way.... Monday was Memorial Day!! Came here for the 1st time in October for an eye exam, contacts exam, and eyeglass purchase. The staff and experience was exceptional! And Dr. Kim Garvey, Ray, and Rachel were all absolutely wonderful! Dr. Kim Garvey was very kind and informative with the exams. Ray was incredibly helpful and patient with finding the perfect glasses - who by the way has excellent taste in picking out the best frames for your face. I just took my Ray Ban glasses into the Pearl Vision store in Bolingbrook to be repaired. I unfortunately damaged the temple badly. I was so worried that they wouldn't be able to repair them. I was thrilled when the sales person assured me that they would take care of them. They were so speedy in repairing them. Even though the store was so busy with other customers. They couldn't have been nicer and even threw in a new cleaning cloth and spray to clean them! I love this store. Best selection and great service!! 5 stars! read more

The man (adele I think was his name) there was very rude to us and his female coworker yelling at her about how she isnt allowed to pick her child up from daycare because "this is a retail job and you know what you signed up for!" I was appalled at his behavior. I will most likely not return to this location because of that man. I spoke with the girl and reassured her that she handled it very well and didnt engage with him. Very disappointed that pearle vision doesnt support working mothers. Shame! read more

I had such a great experience at this location, it actually made me want to write a review. I came in because I needed to repair my wife's old glasses and I'm so glad this was the location I chose. The staff was super friendly! They did not charge for the repair. I was only there for less than 10 minutes. I've never had an experience this pleasant and quick- the way it should be!
