The poor rating is due to appointment management. Twice in a row I've had a 9am appointment, which is their posted hour to open, and all technicians are already busy with clients when I arrive. Maybe they're opening early for certain clients? After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment I asked how much longer it would be. I was told it was going to be a while and they were short handed. I would've appreciated that information when I checked in (I was asked if I had appointment, I said yes) to avoid wasting my time. I left. They do nice work, the staff is courteous, but booking what should be the first appointment of the day should be honored. read more

They were able to fit me in without an appointment. I was in town waiting for a friend who is having a procedure nearby and I was impressed with this nail salon. Reasonable prices and the lady did an excellent job. Came in for pedicure, but also decided to do a manicure. My hands were so dry from constant hand washing but the paraffin wax made them nice and smooth! I would definitely return if I'm in the area. Excellent job! read more

I read a lot of positive reviews about Nancy so I booked an appointment with her for a pedicure. While Im waiting for Nancy to get started a white women and her little girl walk in to get pedicures too and she takes them instead of me and gives me to another person to do my pedicure. When she knew I was there for her. Then I find out Trish who I use to go to before works there so I start booking future appointments with her. She is okay for the most part with pedis but lazy with the massages and doesn't shape your toenails correctly as I have noticed mine being cut crooked or her skipping over details on the pedi. I tip well yet get 1/2 a** service. There customer service needs improvement big time. read more

I wouldn't go back and let me explain why. This was my first time here and I did a walk in, the closest nail technician greeted me since she was sitting at her station with no guest, I asked if there was a wait for a gel manicure and she said no go ahead and sign in. I did and had a seat a few minutes later they called a nail technician from outside for me and she walked right past me and didn't say anything. I kinda just stool there until an a gentleman said what booth number to go to. I asked if there were colors anywhere I could look at and another lady pointed me in the direction, I quickly skimmed and chose a color. I went to my booth and long and behold there were mail color samples there. I only do my nails 4-5 a year and every place is different. I went here cause it closer than the other option I've gone to before. The color didn't look the same and it started chipping 2 days later. Gel manicures last me at least a week before any chipping even begins. She never stopped to ask if I liked the shape of my nails or If I liked the color. I mean we don't have to chat I'm more than fine with that but those 2 basic questions should be mandatory. This establishment wasn't dirty but it wasn't up to my hygienic standards when it came to the tools either. read more

I have been here a couple of times and it was ok but after today, I will not be returning. I paid for the deluxe gel pedicure and did not get what I expected. The color is very streaky and uneven. My toe nails weren't even shaped properly or even cleaned out correctly. I paid for the callus remover and they were barely even scrubbed. Not worth the 50 dollars I paid, plus tip. Came across this place on Yelp and decided on a whim to try them. I called for an appointment and they got me in within an hour! Nancy helped me and was so gentle and patient with me. She even added a cute little design for valentines :) Pricing is great, it was $40 for my full set, and I was done within an hour. The salon is super clean and following all Covid cleaning protocol. LOVE THIS PLACE! Nancy did the cutest acrylic ombré and gel pedicure ever. I felt very safe the entire time, they have plexiglass, sanitizer everywhere, and made their clients feel extremely safe and comfortable. Extremely disappointed in this salon. It never fails you try a new place they do a great job for a few visits... seems they get to comfortable with your loyalty and there craftsmanship declines. I went to my same nail tech two visits in a row ( I usually trade off between two). I expressed I wanted a new set of nails rather than soaking my existing nails.. the technician proceeding to pry each mail of my unlifted nails of with another false nail. The shop was full of people so not to cause a scene I took the extremely painful torture. I could not believe this is common practice. My nail beds ached for a week. I will never go back to this place nor will I refer any more of my contacts. So disappointing, if I could offer any advice never get to comfortable with your clients that your quality of work ruins your reputation. read more

Just went in for a deluxe gel pedicure today as well as a deluxe regular pedicure for my other person (my dad). Though there were some complications with my appointment scheduling as well as a little wait when we arrived on time (10 minutes earlier as directed in the confirmation text) staff were very reassuring and were trying to get us seated asap. Although during our appointment we were scheduled to have two staff members helping us; at first there was only one member attending to us but they were quick to find another member to attend to my dad. Im also happy they reciprocated the same service and quality i got towards my father, they made it the perfect first time for my dad. One complaint I may say though is I wish they were more detailed about their services such as; what masks they will use, exfoliants, etc. along with a menu on their website or here on yelp. Thus to help me and others really know what I'm paying for. Also I'm not sure if the time stated for the services is how long its supposed to be but if so my pedicure was listed as 60mins but the service probably only lasted about 30 minutes. Though I am still happy with my results and definitely will be back since its conveniently in the same plaza as my workplace. read more

Came in as a walk in at 9:35, seated promptly. The lady asked if I wanted a regular or pearl pedicure, I asked for the deluxe. I was told she didn't have time as she had an appointment at 10. A full pedicure should take longer than 20 minutes. She rushed through the paint (I chose yellow, she did a white base), the paint was thick and could see the white in some areas. Between Friday and Monday I was able to "pick" the paint off. read more
