Last year, one of my old original springs broke and Mike was unable to make it so I tried some other company (one of those that advertise in the junk flyers). They came out but charged a ton. Now, less than a year later, another broken spring. This time I called Mike's. He made arrangements to come out (even earlier than promised). They worked around my scheduled to give me a date/time when he would arrive. Timeliness: Mike was on-time and friendly. The Work: Mike gave honest advice on what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. He also gave input on what I could do myself and should be doing to maintain the doors without having to call him. He tightened the doors, greased them, and replaced rollers. When he was done, I could not believe they were the same doors. Unbelievably quiet and smooth. Overall a great job and will most definitely use him again.

While he was working on removing the existing one, my husband came home. He gave my husband the same speech about the coil. Why? The answer was already given. He needed to come back the next day to finish the job and he mentioned my husband had already paid him 40% which was the total quote given to me! That was a very unprofessional way to handle a business transaction more so that he did not tell my husband what he had originally quoted. Jason Tse was my tech and he explained their down payment and charges. I was given 3 quotes each for the difficulty of the repair. I knew it was going to be expensive. I signed to continue the work. Who else could I get at 5pm on New Year's Eve? Jason went to work trying to locate the source. He checked the breaker box, voltage and nothing was pinpointing the cause. Jason really wanted to find and fix the problem before the night was out. And back to work Jason went. He isolated the problem around 8pm after checking the lines in the attic and each room. I told him I'd like to finish up by 9 and continue after New Year's Day. Jason wanted to work until everything was fixed.
