He replaced springs and stabilized the door while balancing with extra support. Not exactly sure why it needed that but the door is working quietly and smoothly now. His prices were more expensive than others, when I compared. He states it's because of the warranty he provides. I hope that will be worth the investment. I took a star off for the higher than average price and also because he had to come back a second day to get the work done, due to not having the springs for my door. Brian is friendly and efficient, and he provided a discount for my honest review.

The only issue is that he's pretty expensive, but I can't really compare to other places cause I've only had a few companies come out and do work on my doors, but I'd say it's worth it. Amazing. He was on time, friendly, efficient and offered us a free door service with our install. We had the Chamberlain Whisper Drive 1.25HP at our last house and are convinced it was installed wrong because it was the furthest thing from quiet. After Chris came, we have tested our new garage door opener (Chamberlain Whisper Drive 1.25HP) and listened from every room in the house and cannot hear a THING. He also moved our button from 3' inside the garage to right next to the door (into the house), making our lives so much easier. He knows what he's doing & will do a fabulous job!! 5 stars x 1 million!! Let's keep guys like him in business. He deserves it!
