It was obvious to me at that point that no expense was spared to make this a memorable experience. The instructions were very poor and the size of the print and visuals miniscule. How any company doesn't have the common sense to make this easier to read and follow is just unthinkable. Especially when you are working with miniature parts. So after about an hour of E-Z building, the model was complete. No, not all the parts fit, three parts had no instruction and of course they didn't all snap together as advertised. I called their customer service number but since it was Sunday I had to leave a message. I will wait to see if I hear back and what their answers will be and update my review at that point. Admittedly, I was never a big fan of these types of toys. Had this been purchased at a DollarStore or Five Below this review would not have been written. However at $12.99 plus tax it is a total rip off. Made in China of course I would guess that the all in cost of this item including drop shipping to the USA is under $2.00 or less. Great margins for a real piece of plastic crap. Experiences such as this is why Toys R Us and other toy retailers have bitten the dust. This company can't be far behind.

Tilled for 30 seconds when it was all of a sudden not tilling like it was at the begining. Notice a tire was off the rim. Tried to add air to find a big tear on the valve stem. Went to town, bought new tune, replaced the tube and was tilling again in the early afternoon. For 2 minutes. The other valve stem now had a tear in it. Left it over night because I had better things to do than once again fix a brand new piece of equipment. Fixed tire Sunday afternoon but it rained Sunday through Tuesday, ao I haven't had a chance to break anything else on it yet. Called customer support today, 6/1/22. Was transfered to General customer support, I believe. Won't be reimbursed for the tubes I purchase. They would send me new tubes, but I wouldn't want to wait a week and a half and then put them on to have the valve stems tear. And why rubber valve stems in a steel rim? Going to inquire about a refund, but won't bother with it if I have to pay for any shipping. Shouldn't have to pay anything for an almost dead on arrival machine. Also tried to write up a one star review on the website on 5/29/22 and 6/1/22. I didn't use any bad language and was civil throughout on both, but they do not appear on the website. Is this by design? Will not buy/recommend a General product if I can help it or use the company/website either. Will upload pics of valve stems if somebody would like to see them.

The team of Tucker, Ethan, Colleen and one other terrific guy (I didn't get his name as he was working hard) planted the trees and asked each time if we were pleased with the placement, gave us care instructions and cleaned up every inch of space they worked on.
