I've been in sales for over 30 years, and I would never treat a customer this way, for any reason ever. I follow a strict policy of treat you customers the same way you'd want to be treated; especially if it means only losing the retail mark-up cost of an item. But, I guess they don't hold ethics in very high esteem. Apparently, the customer isn't always right with yellow-turtle. Order online with this merchant at your own risk.

It's located on the main street in downtown stowe and is one of the oldest general stores in Vermont and I would guess in the United states based on the location. You can't miss a pit stop here if you are in downtown Stowe. They are conveniently located a few doors down from a fabulous bookstore as well. Kudos to the folks running this store and making it such a fun place to shop and explore.
