My problem that I have with the place the staff and the optometrist I saw are very cold. Not personable at all. There was one tech that was bubbly, happy and friendly. Didn't get to work with her.. The optometrist was very blah, zero personality and unwelcoming. I don't have to be friends with her.. but a little empathy and care goes a long way.

As we (my husband and kids) were driving to our hotel - we passed this cute yellow storefront and couldn't believe it was a bookstore!
