My hope is that they will stay here for many years . I asked them to only include lenses that would be covered by my insurance and basically they completely overlooked my insurance. They sold me the "premium" lenses and told me my insurance didn't cover progressive lenses, which they did (just not the "premium"). Weeks and many emails later, the manager ended up switching out my lenses for the versions that were covered by my insurance, however then left out the blue light blockers (which my insurance covers and I had asked for). The whole process has been such a hassle and I feel like you absolutely cannot trust what the staff are quoting you (they up sell everything). I do not recommend going to My Eye Dr.

Based on my experience and feedback from other optometrists - they specialize in lens prescriptions and pushes other issues to other optometrists. Called with an emergency (potential detached retina) during the day on a Friday and they told me that they never have anyone on call and could offer no advice on who else to see instead and I was on my own to call around to find another optometrist. I did just that and found another optometrist, permanently.
