He comes back at 9:15 and says that had to cancel appointment. He didn't apologize, just said Have to cancel. Didn't ask to reschedule no call next day or anytime. Well I got there 8:30 and someone could have let me know earlier and " im sorry" , would have been nice and reschedule. I still have not heard back. I find that this very sad when a person is in pain and they are supposed to want to help people.

According to my health insurance, the amount I owed was only about 1/5 of what I was charged. I was told by the billing office that Trinity Mother Frances has a policy to keep this extra money and distribute it to other parts of their health care system until all bills are paid. Even if you are current paying the other bills they keep the money until all bills are paid. According to them, this could take 3-6 weeks, and then they will mail me a check. I cancelled my second appointment. I recommend never using TMF healthcare services due to this policy.
