The equipment is out of date and the staff always seems harried. The billing dept. double billed me more than once and I have been trying to get my medical records from here for more than 5 weeks.

According to my health insurance, the amount I owed was only about 1/5 of what I was charged. I was told by the billing office that Trinity Mother Frances has a policy to keep this extra money and distribute it to other parts of their health care system until all bills are paid. Even if you are current paying the other bills they keep the money until all bills are paid. According to them, this could take 3-6 weeks, and then they will mail me a check. I cancelled my second appointment. I recommend never using TMF healthcare services due to this policy.

The physical therapists and the techs and nurses are all doing such an incredible job and have stayed on top of not only every patient's physical needs, but their mental and emotional states as well. My care alone has not only been impeccable and all my needs met before I could even voice them, but they have managed to make me laugh and be so much more positive than my last physical therapy experience in Palestine tx. I am so beyond happy with the care and the level of humanity and professionalism I am met with daily. Not only do I recommend this facility and it's care givers to anyone and everyone I know, I will also advocate for these people and the Dr's and everyone that works here. I have never felt so listened to and understood. You are not just valued, you are seen and heard and given your humanity back from a world that would much rather see you as a number and another insurance write off or someone who is crazy. The only disappointing thing I can say is if you get the chance to see your doctor, he acts like he ain't got time to spend with you That I don't like at all. I'm in here because he's got me here but other than that as far as the facility goes in the way you're treated in the way they take care of you. They do it. Excellent job. He made me feel at ease. I had a good feeling & the day of surgery he prayed with me & my husband. He checked on me after surgery and days after. My surgery was a complete success & I got the use of my right arm and hand back. If I'm ever in need of a back Dr he is the only one I will go to without question. Dr. Prasad was able to pin point the cause of my migraines and perform a procedure on my neck. It had been ten years since I had gone without having a migraine every few days. Now I just take Advil or Tylenol if a slight headache pops up maybe once a month. He gave me back my quality of life. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff.
