I don't know the exact date but about 3 or 4 years ago I made an appointment there and was excited to finally find someone who would treat me differently than the standard medical model. I got there about 30 minutes before my appointment time. I waited for well over an hour, maybe an hour and a half. Finally the doctor whisked past me and said, "I'm going to lunch." I was flabbergasted. I called on doctors for over 24 years and never could have imagined a doctor going to lunch when their patient with a scheduled appointment was still waiting after that long. I was fuming, but I sat and waited until she came back from lunch. Then the assistant said, "she'll see you now." I got up and left. The office manager called me and tried her best to placate me with offers of reduced prices if I would come back, but no way would I have dealt with them again. I am so sad to see that they still don't seem to know how to treat people, I hope to find someone else who can help.
