I have been attending Hembree Chiropractic for many years. When I started out, I was a mess; A car accident left me with a 40+ degree curve in the wrong direction. Manual manipulation over the years finally straightened it out, but I was still having severe headaches and nausea which stole life from me. After less than a year at Hembree I was pain free. The treatment was not with manual manipulation, but with an activator. They will have to explain this precision instrument to you! I still go 3-4 times a month and get decompression for a separate back injury. My orthopedic doctor sent me to a back surgeon, to whom I mentioned that I was getting decompression therapy at Hembree Chiropractic. She simply said, " Then you don't need surgery. That gives good results!" She was right. My back is much better! I go in once every week or two and my back is improving all the time! I have been a patient at Hembree Chiropractic since 2006. I happen to be one of those people that need chiropractic care for life. I've been seeing chiropractors for over 40 years. While I don't always need weekly adjustments, going once a month is a good protocol to manage my particular condition. Naturally when I feel "out of whack" or have injured myself in one way or the other, I know I can get in to see the doctors without any difficulty. They have always been very accommodating, even if I just walk in last minute. The technique employed by Hembree Chiropractic has been the most effective for the injury I sustained as a child; I have tried numerous types of chiro care and this is by far the most beneficial for me. They don't just work with you in the office they give you items for at home to work on that. Super simple And Super easy that doesn't take a lot of time or effort.. I have been worked on with every chiropractor there. And they're all great. Dr. Golden is who I see the majority of the time She's phenomenal. One day during a swim lesson my daughter kicked me in my clavicle/collarbone and knocked it out of alignment. I was in so much pain when I went in. I fell in the early morning and so as soon as the office was open, I called for an appointment with Dr. Carter. The staff was so helpful in fitting me in on the busy morning right before a holiday break. The adjustment avoided a lot of after fall pain and Dr. Carter, as always, gave good advice and assessment of how to handle my home care. I chose to make an appointment the following week as a follow up and again the staff was so helpful in that they offered to "fit me" in if I needed another adjustment before the scheduled appointment. This is the real deal!!! They changed my life!! From chronic headaches, when I first started, due to a car accident 20 plus years prior, ive been to approximately 15 chiropractors since that accident ..... until I found Hembree. They are of course, WONDERFUL in Office... But they send home exercises to keep you improving!! They're not ones that try to get you to come back and come back and come back and come back multiple times a week. I did not have insurance They really worked with me. I have been seeing Dr. Hembree for a few months and he has helped me so much. I have scoliosis, 2 curves, and have a lot of back pain. My pain level has diminished quite a bit. Dr. Hembree really took his time at my first appt to explain their techniques and how he thought he could help me. The staff has been so nice. I am on disability so I don't always have enough money to come in as much as I need to. They have worked with me so that i can at least come in once a week.
