Unless you scheduled your appointment a week in advance, you wouldn't get the masseuse you wanted. I know several times there, I asked for a deep tissue massage and I got a Swedish. Disappointing at best. Well, we started going to a place nearby, I think we found them on Yelp and they were able to offer a couples massage for us last minute and the massage was all the things a massage should be, stress-relieving, muscle soothing and mind renewing. "Okay, Bruce C., what does this have to do with Kylie?" Well, thanks for asking, Kylie worked at this place and that's when we first met her. The Wife was adamant that she only wanted Kylie when she was to get a massage because of the experience. The owners eventually closed their business and Kylie went out on her own and now a business owner/operator. You get the same massage experience and you don't have to worry about getting an inexperienced masseuse! Her years of experience has set her up to be knowledgeable and effective in what she does. Now, I'm torn because if I write an excellent review, it means more people will find Kylie and her availability will become more scarce and I won't be able to get in, but alas, that's how it works. Good service is always in demand. I just came out of a massage and Kylie worked on my shoulder pain. I'm feeling better with a time to de-stress and I'm hoping my shoulder will start behaving itself after being given the what for from Kylie. In the past, I had some jaw issues that the dentist suggested giving me botox injections. I then spent 45 minutes in constant pain while a young woman did my pedicure. I realized afterwards that a lot of the pain came from her long nails. My toenails are in bad shape post-chemo, but she had no reaction to my jerking over and over from the pain. I did appreciate the wax soak and brief leg massage. The woman never spoke to me.
