Great, and affordable, drop in massage option in Tyler, TX! Upon arrival, the entry space was bright, clean, and inviting. I especially appreciated the easy to read massage menu that highlighted the differences between each option. I went with the detox combo which featured their trademark detox process and foot soak. The masseuse was considerate from start to end, being sure to keep the covering blanket on me, asking if the pressure was ok, and carefully helping me take my pony tail out for the head massage. The reflexology portion of the massage felt different then what I've had in other similar places, in a good way! It seemed he was following a very intentional and consistent pattern on each side. Don't waste your money or time. They do not honor their own Gift Cards. Their gift cards do NOT have any expiration date or anything attached saying how long they last. The gift presented to them at the Broadway Ave shop on 7/26/23 was a little over a year old. They refused to accept it. I emailed the company with the gift card number asking them to investigate, they never responded. I tried to locate the Corporate Headquarters-ZIP. $50 down the drain, plus the cost of the service on 7/26/23 when they refused the card. I like the lady that tend to me . Only thing I let them know that this was my first time ever getting a massage and the problem I had was a check out I've never been to a place like this so I don't know the do's and don't ! but the guy at the register made me feel really bad 1st off I paid for the service and left a tip of $5 he laughed and then was like this is all you leaving for a 90min service ! Mind you this like I say It was my 1st time there but I thought anything was better then nothing right !! 1st and last time ever going there. !!! Worst Experience Ever! The massage started like every other. I've had many massages in my lifetime but this one was the most awful, inappropriate massage I've ever had. There were instances where she would expose my backside a lot more than I felt appropriate. I would pull the sheet up and she would always find a way to massage it further down. There would also be instances where she would lean her genital region on my elbow and move herself around. It was extremely uncomfortable. I wasn't able to relax because I was trying to talk myself into just getting up, full exposed and all and walking out. Halfway through the massage, the door opened and a man was talking to my "massage therapist." I was exposed from the backside down and the door is wide open. When she went to get my hot stones, I reached and pulled my phone out to start recording. Why I didn't just get dressed and leave, I have no idea. It's easy to judge from the outside but when you're in an uncomfortable situation but don't want to cause a scene, you just ride it out and hope it gets better. She started using the hot stones and I told her they were too hot. She then set them on my back and they were hot enough for me to physically get up, exposing my front, to knock them off because they burned so badly. She laughed. (Yes, I have that recorded.) It ended very quickly after that and I went to the front and told the nice front desk girl that I was not paying for that massage. I began to explain my concerns and that's when a female, who I can only imagine was an owner, walked up and began to argue with the front desk girl via google translate. Then a male owner approached and neither would make eye contact. They kept blaming me that I didn't understand what a "back room" massage was. "I should've used the big room." Why? So I wouldn't be groped? I recorded the argument for the next 15 minutes. I own a business so I didn't want to storm out and get held responsible for the service and have a bigger deal on my hands. I patiently explained my whole experience and told the front desk girl (who could understand me) that I didn't understand why we were arguing about this. There was a sign that said if I didn't receive a 10/10 service, that "Bill" would "fix it." Well, Bill wasn't fixing it and I was getting really pissed off so I told them that if this wasn't resolved in the next two minutes that I was calling the police and reporting my experience. I was then "allowed" to leave without paying. However, as I was sitting in my car decompressing, as I already struggle with anxiety, the female owner chases me out to argue more. I had to pull away. I feel very violated. I have already put in a complaint with TDLR about the service and other licensing issues I observed but there is something VERY inappropriate and wrong with this establishment. And if the owner tries to get on and argue with me anymore, I have video and conversations recorded that I will absolutely go to the news with so I hope they don't waste their time. read more

I have never been to a place like this before, and I went with a friend... The staff at as super friendly and they give great foot massages.

Positive experience. Got in right on time. Friendly employees. No complaints. Will go back.

UPDATE: my back & neck are WORSE- huge knots I think he pushed all the tension in my back up towards my neck & down towards my lower back ugh! I should have visited this business before asking for a gift card to here. The receptionist was rude/obviously annoyed when I changed my mind to a shorter/cheaper service. I should have left when as soon as I saw the massage room, only a towel to cover up with, not the normal sheet & blankets used for draping. The massage therapist smelled like he hadn't showered in awhile & had just smoked aa cigarette. He knew very few English words which made it hard to communicate. He kept burping & sighing. So awkward!! He did not use the towel to drape as conservatively as I'd prefer & am accustomed to. Especially when he had me roll over to my back!! I left there feeling like I need a shower!!! My muscles/soreness does feel better but I think they are only partially trained or just not professional enough to use their training. I was cold & the lotion & oils were not warmed & the table did not have a warmer either. He also used towels to roughly wipe off lotion & then would put more lotion on & the wet towels were cold! We had made an appointment for today (Mother's Day), and we called ahead on Thursday for our appointment today at 2pm. We arrived today and we were told we didn't make an appointment even though we had proof of our phone call on our phone and their phones (they looked it up). They didn't honor our appointment whatsoever, and kept implying we were lying. They didn't want to admit to any wrong doing on their part and they didn't want to attempt to set things right or even apologize. We spent 30 mins trying to explain to them we did call ahead and we did make an appointment only to be told repeatedly that we didn't. We spoke to the man on the phone and he left during our conversation about booking an appointment. They are very messy about making their appointments but more than anything implying we had lied upset my family, especially my mom because after all it was a surprise for her on Mother's Day to celebrate her.
