Consistently excellent service and uber-attentive to my body's changing needs. The best!

Cedric is amazing. I have severely dry skin due to my medications, and I got a fabulous facial with him. When my skin dried out again he did his research and with his products my skin is amazing and no longer cracks or peels. Thanks again read more

Cedric is the absolute best masseuse I have ever used. Office is very clean and serene. Nice music playing in background. Loved my massage and will come back! read more

I rarely leave reviews but my experience was so amazing that it deserves one! My chiropractor referred me to Cedric, while he's on vacation, and said Cedric would take good care of me. I've never gotten a massage before, so I was a bit hesitant because I've heard you don't always get your money's worth. I was pleasantly surprised when I called to schedule an appointment because Cedric was able to accommodate my schedule (as I work M-F, 8-5pm) and gave me the very last appointment of the day. When I arrived, Cedric greeted me and listened to all my concerns and asked where my problem areas are. He got started right away and was very professional and polite during the whole process. I didn't feel uncomfortable not once! He knows exactly what he's doing and always made sure to ask how I was feeling. I work in front of a computer 8 hours a day so I hold all my stress in my neck and shoulders. By the end of my massage, I felt so relieved of the tension in my neck/shoulders and just overall relaxed! I had such a great first experience that I scheduled my next massage right after lol. Definitely recommend Peak Performance Massage to whoever is looking for a nice, relaxing massage! Thank you Cedric! read more

Tracy was the BOMB! She worked me from toe to head, giving me the best deep massage I have ever had. She also knew exactly where I needed to stretch and assisted the stretches. This was my 1st time with Tracy and I would definitely recommend her. She's also very strong, which is helpful when getting a deep massage or extra pressure where needed! read more

Just received my first massage from Cedric and it was amazing! I have a very physically demanding job, and my back takes a lot of wear and tear. Before starting the massage, he asked me about problem areas and listened to what I was looking for in my visit- and man did he find and work on my trigger points (some I didn't even know about)! Excellent deep tissue massage that left me feeling rejuvenated and limber. Already looking forward to my next visit, because I know this won't be the last! read more

I had a massage with Cedric. I was very impressed with how he was able to find the knots in my muscles and work on them. I went there needing help with pain in my back (rather than just to relax) and I felt he did an awesome job. Will definitely return. read more

I have horrible knots in my back because of reaching too much at my old job. I've been driving all the way to Marin to see my old MT because I was certain I would never find anyone as good as she (I just relocated here a few months ago). I finally decided to try someone local and went with Cedric based on other yelp reviews. I got the trigger point therapy and I can say without question it was THE BEST massage I've ever had. He got right into those knots and the pain around them. No fluff or frills, just down to business. I felt INCREDIBLE when I left - no pain at all. I am soooo picky about massage and rarely get them. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and I will continue to go to Peak Performance regularly!!! read more

The best massage therapists on the Peninsula. Super pros. Cedric in particular is a serious athlete himself, he "gets" the athletic body and knows how to help! read more

Had a massage with Cedric and I highly recommend him. He took the time to figure out what was bothering me, and isolated my massage to areas I didn't even know hurt. Feel great afterwards. It's a very relaxing, very professional environment and Cedric is extremely knowledgable on common ailments and what causes them. read more

Just tried the kinesio tape for my planter fasciitis with Cedric. One of the days I was wearing it I actually forgot that I actually had planter fasciitis. Such a simple strategy but very effective and worth every penny! I will be back! read more

Tracy did a great job! Pressure was great, felt nice and relaxed after my massage. Would recommend Tracy to anyone!

My wife and whole family all go to see Tracy. They all have different body types as well, all have nothing but good things to say. I can't remember the last time i had a massage that was as memorable as this. Tracy was very welcoming, making me feel right at home. Fitness is my life so getting a massage was way over due. she explained to me all the situations going on in my body, including stretching certain areas that needed it. I had a wonderful experience and rebooked an appointment as well. Thank you Tracy!!! read more

I am very, very picky when it comes to massage! Most therapists don't use enough pressure or don't have much intuition on where to work (in my experience). Cedric is amazing. He's a talented therapist, is strong, knows how to use the right pressure and is a kind person to top it off! He has helped me with pain, stress, tight muscles and other issues from dealing with a chronic disease. My life is better the weeks I get a massage from him. He's awesome! I've never had a massage from his partner, Tracy, but have heard great things about her as well. Peak Performance is great! read more

Thank you Tracy for helping me stand straight and tall again...You are the best!!!

I've seen Tracy a few times now and she is consistently wonderful! She's very knowledgeable about the human body and the roles of different muscles so she is extremely good at tailoring the massage to fit your exact needs. In terms of pressure she can adjust from light to very strong based on your preference. She's no whimpy girl so if you need that extra pressure she's got it, just ask my husband! We both love Tracy and can't say enough great things about her. We always feel so much better after visiting with her. I'm so glad my midwife recommended her during my pregnancy (yes, she does prenatal massage too!). read more

I first began seeing Cedric five years ago at a different location shortly after having major knee surgery. His knowledge and background in sports therapy no doubt aided in my recovery. It is because of this coupled with his professionalism, expertise, and adroit skills that I chose to follow him to Peak Performance Massage when it opened a few years ago. Not too long after, I experienced an unfortunate car accident, and I turned to Cedric for help. He, alongside my physical therapist, were the only individuals from whom I sought treatment. And, when my insurance stopped physical therapy payments, it was Cedric who has able to continue in my recovery process. I saw him on a weekly basis for various types of massage, and it is without question that his competency and know-how to instinctively address my body's issues that I was able to recover at a much quicker rate. As if all of this were not enough, Cedric's kind nature and genuine concern for his patients is evident from the moment he says hello and inquires about his clients' needs. Unlike other massage therapists I've encountered, he takes the time to truly listen and offer guidance that is in the client's best interest, not his own. In fact, even though I now live in New York City, he still continues to touch base with me to see how I'm doing; and, as you can imagine, he's one of the first appointments I make when I know I will be back in the area! So, if you're in the market for a phenomenal massage, either for relaxation or for therapeutic purposes, in a warm, clean, and welcoming environment, then it is without reservation I recommend Cedric and Peak Performance Massage. read more

Thank you Cedric...Had my first, and hopefully not last, massage at Peak Performance. Cedric was knowledgeable and skillful, and I'm still feeling great! I was a bit hesitant as I'm not an athlete by any stretch of the imagination, but I felt welcomed and was treated with much respect. Again, thank you! I will definitely be passing your name along! read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Cedric at the 2007 National Women's hardcourt tennis tournament where he was so generously offering his healing hands to help out beat up bodies! I won that year after he worked on me. I have been back every year and made sure that I got to see Cedric or Tracy. I have won the tourney 4 times now and owe Cedric and Tracy eternal gratitude for healing my body each time. They are both gifted in what they do and, in all of my travels, have not met any better massage therapists. I love the new studio! It is very welcoming and comfortable. If you are considering a massage, this is your place! You will never go any where else after a massage from Cedric or Tracy. Thanks to the both of you for all you have helped me achieve in tennis! Only wished I lived closer than Texas! read more
