I am actually giving Peach Couture a MINUS-five star rating. I had to return an item ordered online that did not fit. I had to pay to ship it back to Peach Couture. The item was $12.95 and I was given a $7.00 refund on my credit card. I have emailed their sales department and never received a reply. It would have been cheaper to donate the non-fitting item to a charity than to return it. Sure, Peach Couture has great prices but if a purchase doesn't work out, just give it away, because sending it back is like doing the same. I ordered behind the head ear muffs from Peach Couture. I received the package. They sent it in a big envelope. Envelope in fine condition, no damage. When I opened it up I saw that the muffs were totally out of the packaging. The packaging was crumpled. These were a Christmas present. No way could I give those. I wasn't going to give them as a gift without them being in a package. I contacted Allison at Peach Couture. She sent me the link for refunds. Of course you receive a refund less the shipping, so I emailed Allison back and she said I have to pay for the shipping. Even though the damage isn't my fault. That's just wrong. So, be prepared that if your product arrives damaged YOU may be the one paying the shipping to send it back. Food for thought. read more

Worst store in the world! They've send me a wrong item and I cannot return it because they did not send me a free return shipping label. After more than 10 calls and several e-mails they simply ignore me and do not send the return shipping label. Worse, customer service agent Grace asked me to withdraw my negative assessment on Google and here, and implied that the warehouse was not sending me the return label because of this. Total nonsense! Received my order of 2 different "surprise boxes," and both were filled with poor quality merchandise. The $10 "box" came in a standard plastic bag with a thin piece of material that I assume they consider a scarf. The $25 box was a bit better, but still very poor quality items that I will not use, nor would I give as gifts. I left an honest, negative review (similar to above) on their website that was taken down within a day. This is quite a dishonest business practice, as many people rely on reviews when making purchasing decisions. Would not recommend or place future orders. Absolute worst customer experience I have had in a long time, if not ever. I placed an online order for 10 scarves (bridesmaid gifts). The store only had 5 in the color I ordered (I found out later). Rather than apologize and tell me they can't fulfill my request, they shipped 10 scarves in a color that was 'close' half way across the country and charged my card. The 'close' color looked awful against my dresses. They forced me to pay for shipping in order to process the return. Two managers assured me they would review my return and refund my shipping expense. No surprise, but they will not return phone calls or emails now. In the last five or six weeks I have placed several orders with Peach Couture. I am buying scarves to give as Christmas and birthday gifts to all my friends this season. For the most part, I have been pleased with the transactions. The customer service is good. They are kind and make up for their mistakes. They are not perfect, they are just human. For instance, on one occasion I received a scarf in the wrong color. I had to write to them five times before they responded, but finally they not only sent me the right color they also allowed me to keep the wrong one they had sent. On another occasion, I opened one bag to wrap the scarf as a gift and found out it was stained. I wrote to them, they responded immediately and I received a replacement, in pristine condition, in record time. I would recommend this seller. read more

If you shop on Walmart don't buy from them. Ordered two packages of socks. Walmart site says both delivered same day but package only contained on set of socks. You can only call them and can only return in 30 days I was waiting for a split shipment so it was beyond 30 when I realized socks still not here. Only 9.95 but not the point they are terrible to deal with do not buy anything from them EVER. Completely non customer friendly. read more

I absolutely recommend this place. Olga, my go-to problem solver, is a sales rep at the warehouse where I have bought gloves, towels, scarves, and bags. When I have gifted them, I've gotten compliments about their quality above good. It also helps I work a few minutes from their warehouse although it's not easy to find them. I can't say enough about their customer service. Whether you call, show up in person or email them, they come through or try to come close to their promise. If I were able to give this company negative stars I would. If you are thinking of buying from this site RUN ....First of all the free shipping is not free if you have to return an item. They will subtract the initial shipping cost from the return. The 2 orders of 3 maxi dress special is a joke. The dresses are CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP and not true to size hence how I found you will not get a full refund. Secondly I placed 2 orders not on the same day yet the warehouse claimed they put them both in the envelope....LIE LIE LIE...there is no way all the items would have fit in the same envelope. When I received the shipment 1 order was in there and the envelope was delivered to my home OPEN and never SEALED. I have ordered many many times from companies and I know when am envelope is and has been sealed. When I realized both items had the same tracking number and stated they were delivered I contacted the company who told me the items were ALL in the same envelope shipped and I had to contact FEDEX and put a claim in. They also wanted me to take all these pictures and email them to their company along with the FEDEX claim number. I think this was a scam and it makes me so MAD to see dishonestly like this. My order rating has reached rock bottom at the lowest score possible! My order was on 11/7/2016 & included 66 total scarves & in 9 styles. I had to pick one replacement for a sold out color & I will say that the replacement was beautiful. My order arrived on 11/10/2016 (ground shipping) but 14 scarves were damaged & in packaging very different from the new product (that's 21% of my total order). On 11/11/2016, I emailed the Mgr that set up my order about my damages & exchange request. To my surprise, she has yet to reply! On 12/8/2016, I shipped back my damaged product with order paperwork & a note to please contact me to arrange my exchange. Today is 12/17/2016 & I have yet to hear from anyone so I sent another email requesting an update. This is very disappointing.
