And everything my daughter tried on - well they insisted is perfect and beautiful... The problem is post purchase. I was concerned abt alteration. Sure enough I came and it was wrong. It was a half fast job. And they charge $200 for alteration. That's ridiculous. I left the dress there and came back another day. Still needs to be altered but now owner cannot be bothered with me. She even got snippy. She is insisting that some dresses just cannot be fixed. Well - theb why are u selling me this dress and charging me $200 for an impossible alteration?. I'm so annoyed. I have 2 more kids and I would never go back. Nor would I let my friends go back. Good selling job, poor execution ladies. I'm taking the dress to another seamstress here and paying again!

Their dresses are beautiful and their salespeople lovely and helpful but customers should keep in mind that their follow up customer service and tailoring is sub par. Original review: I wish it was possible to give zero stars. Though they have a beautiful selection of dresses, their customer service and tailoring are horrible. We went for my daughter's fitting and they gave our dresses back one week before her bat mitZvah. When she went to try them on, one was tailored incorrectly and the other still had its pins in and hadn't even been touched. We rushed it to our local tailor because they are closed on sundays and Mondays and they managed to get it done but obviously charged us more because it was a rush. When I tried to explain to All dresses Up this issue they were unsympathetic and not apologetic. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone with me. They didn't offer me anything to fix the problem. I am so disappointed in this store. In my entire life I have never visited a luxury clothing store…read morethat was this poorly run. I think that all of the recent positive reviews that mention the service both here and on Google must have been written by the staff because they all have like two reviews and are obviously either fake accounts or friends of staff. It's a bit weird that they all mention somebody's name as if they were asked to write the review. In reality, this entire place operates as a store that does not respect its customers. The staff have a really bad attitude and seem like they don't want to be there. The one woman Evangeline who I thought was probably a new hire still learning how to do her job turns out to be the MANAGER. Can you imagine? No wonder this place is such a mess. I watched her roll her eyes for having to show a watch to an elderly woman of color, and then afterwards she whined about wanting to go home like a spoiled kid at school. The other staff were very unhelpful and miserable as well. None of them seem to know anything about what they're selling because I asked some basic questions which nobody could answer for some reason. Also, as some other reviewers have mentioned, the prices are not as good as they seem online. Some of the items are stained or torn but still sell ridiculously high for what they're worth. I'm fairly sure I saw a few fakes here as well. You have to really dig to find anything that's worth the price, but once you finally find something decent you start to question why you're even there in the first place. If you can afford these clothes, do yourself a favor and get them somewhere else. Especially if you are a person of color, because security will follow you around the store and the employees will treat you like a thief.

We were not greeted upon entering, and when my sister approached the register to ask about her pickup order, the employee behind the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping. After my sister explained she had received the pickup email about two weeks ago, the employee immediately said orders are automatically refunded after one week if not picked up. She didn't even bother checking to see if the order might still be there. On top of that, the store itself felt very dim and dingy. The lighting was poor, and several pieces of luggage on display looked dirty and used, especially the wheels. Overall, not a pleasant shopping experience and unfortunately not a place I would return to.
