Ryan properly set my expectations, I.e. the price could possibly be more due to hidden damage. My vehicle ended up being totaled by my insurance. Ryan explained to me that he would do his best to keep costs down. And he did! Communication was great and every employee I had contact with was helpful and polite. Hopefully, I have no further need for a vehicle body shop, but if I did I would definitely go back to Ray's.

My 2019 Ram 1500 got dented by hail and took it to a few shops in Rapid for estimates. When I…read morefirst walked in to Dents Plus I could tell that the shop was professional and did quality work - but I couldn't have imagined how great the experience would be. First, the cost: The insurance company estimate was crazy low, and I expected to somehow get hit with a bill for overages alongside my super high deductible. Jody and the team revised the estimate to make sure every single thing was it in line and processed it though Geico with absolutely no push back. They even saved me money. Timing: a majority of my work was PDR and glass so while they had a ton of work going on from the several hail storms this summer, they fit me in within the next week. AND they met me to pick up the car, AND they stayed at the shop until 10 pm on a Saturday to wait for me when I came back late from the airport. I've used around 5 bodyshops in the past (welcome to hail season in South Dakota). I know that these guys will be the only shop I use from now on!
