I was very stressed not wanting to drive around Rushmore and Needles Hwy with no brake pads and figuring I wouldn't be able to get the van into a shop for at least a day or two. Also, not knowing the area I was worried about getting over charged because I was in a tight spot. I saw that CJ's had good reviews and opened earlier than any other shop. I was there at 720 the morning after getting to town. They got me in immediately and had my van fixed up with new pads and rotors in about an hour and for less than I paid at my usual shop back home! My van blew a head gasket, got the run around for several weeks on time frame that was originally told 2 days tops. Upon attempted pick up, the van ran worse then when I brought it in. Towed it back to Colorado and had a real mechanic look at it, the old blown head gasket was still in the van despite the fact I paid over $1,300.00 for repair. Attempted to contact Bubbas and tell them and got nothing but lies including a fake email account from a make believe CPA stating that the van refund for repair was in its way...I am leaving out key details but I'm not trying to write a book. But please for the love of your vehicle, DO NOT take it here. You would be better paying a high school kid to rebuild your engine and prob would do a better job than these thieves. I never got the money back and they damaged my van inside and out including letting there discusting shop cat poop, pee, and sleep inside....

Mark's Auto got us in within minutes after I called. They immediately took it for a test drive, and diagnosed the problem shortly thereafter. Turns out a rear end seal was leaking, causing the truck rear end to slightly lower itself, allowing the heat shield to clang and bang on the drive shaft. They resolved the issue and discovered that the front end 4 wheel drive was not properly activating itself due to a faulty vacuum issue, and they resolved that as well. I was out by 10:00 am and on our way. I want to thank Dan for taking his time to explain the issues so I had full understanding of what was malfunctioning. Can't ask for more than that! The van was making an awful noise that made it uncomfortable to drive. Even worse, I had plans to move across the country to Oregon for a new job in just two weeks. Troy made a spot available for me on short notice and he was able to fix my van in a short time frame. He went out of his way for me as a customer and it really showed.
