Unfortunately the towing company (not Advanced Auto Repair) did an awful job towing and actually damaged my van. I came to Advanced Auto Repair to get it fixed. The van was making an awful noise that made it uncomfortable to drive. Even worse, I had plans to move across the country to Oregon for a new job in just two weeks. Troy made a spot available for me on short notice and he was able to fix my van in a short time frame. He went out of his way for me as a customer and it really showed.
