We had to take our car in for some hail repair. We had two estimates done and the other place said they would need three weeks to repair it...Roy's said at most a week and a half. I had gotten a few rough looking scratches on my Jeep around the windshield frame. A friend recommended this place to me so I stopped by to get an appointment and a cost estimate. I was told they had an opening where I could walk in and drop it off and that it should be done around lunch. Appointment came around and Linda was a big help at the front desk with getting me hooked up. She was able to get a painter out to look at my vehicle the minute they opened up shop, and got it done in about an hours time! Could not beat the price either! I took my vehicle to Roy's auto body to get repaired had made an appointment to drop it off at 7:00 in the morning 2 days later I drive by my car still sitting outside untouched then they tell me the delay in getting it repaired were waiting on parts that they had supposedly preordered before my appointment would not use them again my time apparently and the use of my car does not matter to them there are other auto body shops that do excellent quality work in the area,I will take my work to somebody more truthful. read more

I have always been very skeptical of Auto Body Shops. Generally, you're in a vulnerable position when you need one and that can make the experience uncomfortable to begin with. The experience I had at Roy's really couldn't have been better. The staff at Roy's (and Roy himself) were polite, kind, and working with me rather than for me. From the get-go, they asked what I wanted done and repaired instead of presenting the mostly costly option possible. I guess I am going to be the only one to say something bad about this shop. We brought our car here a few years ago and Roy's replaced all the panels on the drivers side and both bumpers and then repainted the vehicle. After about 6 months the clear coat started to peel off of all the new panels. It looked awful!! So I called and was told their work was good for life and to bring it in. So we did, and they spent about 45 minutes walking around the car trying to figure out why it was peeling. After that they agreed to repaint the body panels, but not the bumpers, because they said they couldn't prove that I didnt run into anything with them. Even though the bumpers looked like the rest of the car So I now have a car with decent paint on the body, but my bumpers look like they have some strange disease. And my car looks terrible. Took our car to Roy's after we slid off an icy road and ran into a reflector pole. It bent the passenger quarter panel so the passenger door couldn't open properly. We just wanted it fixed so the door was operational since our car isn't that nice. The team at Roy's bent the quarter panel out so the door worked and they didn't even charge us anything for the visit! Very professional and nice looking shop as well. Here is some background info to start our story. In October of 2015, I hit a deer with my Chevy Cruze. Nothing major, but it crunched the drivers headlight, and crinkled the fender. (It was discovered later that the deer had also bent my radiator and a/c condenser.) If the accident had not bent sheetmetal, I probably would have attempted the repair myself. Roy's was on the preferred list of auto body repair shops recommended by my insurance company, (American Family), and was close to my home. They have a large building that is clean and secure looking, which very appealing. I got in to talk with a service manager right away, and we made an appointment for them to do an in-depth inspection and estimate on the car. The in-depth inspection was a first to me, but after the service manager explained it more, it made a lot of sense as far as removing body panels, checking for hidden damage, and making sure to get all the necessary parts to do the job quickly. He was very pleasant, and answered all of my questions. We set up an appointment for a week or so out, to better accommodate my schedule. After the in-depth inspection/estimate, we scheduled the actual repair work to be done a little over a week out, as right then was a very busy time for me at work. The staff at Roy's was very helpful, and offered to help me make arrangements for a rental car, but it was not necessary. They were very friendly and accommodating to me, and worked with my horrible schedule throughout the entire process. They deserve an A+ for this. When the day came, I dropped my car off, and and they said it should be done in a week or so. I have a different vehicle to drive, so I wasn't worried about when it would be done. They called me a few days later, and notified me of the additional damage they found, and said it would take a bit more time for the extra parts to be ordered and arrive. They were very good about keeping me informed about the progress of the repair, and also notified me of a bad engine oil leak. I already knew about the engine oil leak, which I thought I had previously taken care of. This oil leak had nothing to do with the accident or Roy's, and was something I was dealing with prior to hitting the deer. Fast forward; the parts all came, and repair was completed. It took a bit longer than originally projected, but it wasn't a big deal. When I came to get my car, everything went smooth. They had the car waiting for me up front, and even washed it. Looking over their repair work, I felt they did a good quality job. The fit and finish was just as good as the original. The body panels were all lined up perfectly. No missing bolts or broken clips. They also did the best job I have ever seen on blending the new paint into the original. Not something that is easy on a metallic finish. My over all experience, is that these guys do good work, and ARE VERY SERIOUS ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! We had a couple hiccups in our processes, but I can definitely say that they went above and beyond what they needed to in order to make it right. They actually listen to their customers, and really care about making them happy. I will be a returning customer, and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. read more

If I could give 6 stars I would do so. My mother took her car in to see if her door could be fixed to open after hitting a deer. After another shop quoted her more than the car was worth, Roy's fixes it to working condition and sends her off with a smile and no charge. I can't say enough good things about the whole team at Roy's. We were on vacation when the lift gate of our minivan stopped working and would not latch.
