S.A.C is a small independent auto body repair shop, and I've seen it grow from one man to a small team of three that will continue to grow. The work is quality and thorough. As it should be. From small nicks, to windshields, to total body repair. They have it and are good at it. They don't skimp and will treat you well. That being said know that because of this level of detail things can take a minute to get in (the shop is often full up) and get out (due to the amount of detail). So pad in some time, and know that your vehicle will be in the best of hands. S.A.C Auto Body is truly the best there is and that's all I have to say... wait did I mention the amount of detail and care they take with your auto...? Oh, okay. Yeah, not that's it.

Ryan properly set my expectations, I.e. the price could possibly be more due to hidden damage. My vehicle ended up being totaled by my insurance. I asked if they usually clean up vehicles after service and was told they detailed it after they repaired it but it's hard to keep the dust out with the concrete plant close. so... within a couple hours of "detailing" it was dirtier than before I left it? Gaslight much? I have to take it back because they didn't clip the bumper in properly either. Not sure what else is under the bumper that is not fixed but I'll be taking it to a different body shop to check. Not a good look.

Got a big dent in my roof at the Stumer Rapid Walmart while I was inside shopping for a couple toys…read morefor my children. Think it was likely some people that were outside nearby throwing a ball around. Anyway, came out to my roof dented & they were gone. Called a few places for estimates to fix it. Had to leave messages for most but Duane at Jabuti did answer and asked me to send him a picture. I did & received a very competitive quote. I set up an appointment for the next day. Upon meeting Duane he was a very professional & pleasant guy. He set my daughter & I up in his comfortable waiting room with a TV & restroom available. The repair didn't take long & was FLAWLESS. I mean unbelievable how good a job he did. See the pictures of before and after. I have needed PDR a good dozen times in my life & I was very impressed with how good this large dent came out. The quote lined up perfectly with the insurance company's estimate, so we had no worries there. And then they got us in for repair much sooner than we expected, and had us fixed up quicker than any shop we've gone to in the past. Can't find any sign there was ever any hail damage, just a beautiful job. We've used other hail repair places in Rapid City previously that did good work. No complaints. But Jabuti took all the stress and worry out of the process. Great work, and fantastic customer service! They're the first place we'll go next time we get hit with hail.
