Gaslight much? I have to take it back because they didn't clip the bumper in properly either. Not sure what else is under the bumper that is not fixed but I'll be taking it to a different body shop to check. Not a good look.

They fixed the fob sensor and said they would order the part, month or so later they did not call back so i called them and was told they can't get the part so to bad so sad. The worst experience I've ever had with a body shop. We hit a deer while in South Dakota, on Nov…read more 2nd and since I'm from Iowa I relied on my insurance company to find a place to fix my van. They called on December 1st telling my it was out of paint and should be done on the Friday 2nd or Monday the 5th at the latest. I had someone drive me 10 hours to pick it up and was advised it wasn't done but should be the 6th. The morning of the 6th they called, and it still wasn't done, they were waiting for a couple parts, but the van was drivable. I could take the van and they would mail the parts to me. It's a part for the hood latch and the front Chrysler emblem. The check engine light is on, according to them because the parts are not on the van. The remote start doesn't work, and I don't know if anything else is wrong because I'm still waiting on my parts. Today is the 19th of December and I found out my parts are still sitting at their shop in South Dakota. I don't know why it takes 2 weeks or more to mail out parts but I'm very frustrated. I guess they don't care as I'm 10 hours away. Not a Company I would go to again.
